Anna awoke the next morning and didn't recognize where she was. Fear coursed through her as she sat up, her green eyes searching her surroundings. She remembered getting adopted, and the shopping and the kitchen, but she didn't remember the room. She felt the urge to cry, but she didn't, not knowing if it would make Ally or any of the other girls mad. She didn't want to get in trouble.
Anna noticed she was wearing the same clothes as yesterday, did she fall asleep again? She remembered the girls smiling and singing to her, could she have done something to cause them to get angry and she didn't know?
Anna whipped her head to the door as she heard it open, and saw Ally poke her head in, opening the door wider as she saw that Anna was awake. Anna felt her heart beat slow as she saw the familiar face.
"Hey, baby," Ally beamed, " I'm so glad you're awake! Usually I'm the only one awake, and I've tried to wake the others, but they just love to sleep." Ally smiled at Anna and kneeled down.
"Wanna put some of your new clothes on, and maybe a bath?" Ally asked and Anna nodded her head, her dark hair flying back and forth, causing Ally to giggle. "Let's go get Dinah." Ally said, hopping that Anna would feel more comfortable with the girl she had connected the most. Ally had seen how quickly Anna attached herself to Dinah, and while she was a little jealous, she loved her daughter and if she needed Dinah, then that's who she'll get.
They walk into Dinah's bedroom, the room where Dinah, Lauren and Camila slept in last night, wanting to be closer to Anna. Ally would have slept there too, but Dinah's bed is smaller than in hers where the girls usually sleep, so she and Mani took her bed. They see Dinah snuggle into Lauren's neck as Camila has wrapped herself around Lauren, her light snores filling the room.
Ally goes up to Dinah and shakes her, planting a kiss oh her cheek. "Baby, I need your help with something, can you please wake up?" Ally whispers into Dinah's ear, trying not to wake the two other girls, one grumpy Dinah is enough, thank you.
"Dinah, Anna's waiting." Ally said after a few more tries. She smiles as she sees Dinah groggily sit up quickly and move her eyes around the room, searching for the toddler. Once spotted, Dinah opens her arms and groggily says something along the lines of, "com'er bab' girl" causing Anna to come closer and look at Ally for help getting up into the bed. Ally happily picks up her daughter and places her on Dinah's lap, the Togan girl's arms wrapping around the toddler. Dinah mumbles something, but neither Anna nor Ally catch it.
"What do you need help on?" Dinah asked rubbing her eyes, kissing the top of Anna's head, feeling their daughter lean her head against her chest.
"Bath and clothes," Ally says. Dinah nods and picks Anna up, so that she can also stand and places Anna on her hip, where the smaller girl lays her head on her shoulder. Dinah leans down to kiss Ally good morning, Ally kissing back immediately, smiling lovingly at her girlfriend.

"Okay, so do you want us in there with you or do you want to try?" Ally asked the toddler that stood in front of the bath, fear evident in her eyes. She remembered when Ms. Freed gave her a bath; she had almost drowned. But Dinah was different right? So was Ally?
Anna took a deep breath and pointed at them two, telling them that she wanted them to help.
"I promise we won't hurt you, okay baby?" Ally asked, holding up her pinky. Anna smiled and nodded, intertwining her pinky with Ally's.
"That's my brave girl!" Dinah said, pride in her voice, causing Anna to smile. Anna stepped up to Dinah and held out her pinky, waiting for Dinah to promise. "Promise, chica." Dinah said linking their pinkies.
