After trying for three hours or so, Lu En Jie finally broke free from the basement. She escaped killing the guard who came to give her food. She took his gun and shoot the other two guards standing at the door.
Lu En Jie knows Xue Yang's schedule very well, so it became more easier to escape. She escaped through the backdoor where there were no guards.
"Yibo, son eat something please. If you behave like this you'll fall sick." Zhan's mother told Yibo. It's been one day since Xiao Zhan was taken by those men and Yibo became restless. He even denied taking medications even though he was beaten so badly. As a result the situation worsen. So seeing no way to convince him, Yibo's father told the doctor to give him anaesthetic and treat him. But unfortunately Yibo refuses to eat anything. He always ask if they found Xiao Zhan yet.
Both Yibo's and Zhna's parents were so tensed about the situation. Zhan's mother was trying hard to stay strong.
They were talking in the corridor outside Yibo's room that the detectives were trying hard to find Xiao Zhan's whereabouts. Suddenly someone called, "Uncle....Aunty..."
They turned and their blood started to boil when they saw Lu En Jie coming towards them. As she came in front of them, Mrs. Xiao (Zhan's mom) slapped her hard.
She said, "You evil girl. What did you do with Zhan? I know it was your plan to kidnap him right? Tell me you." and was about to punch her but was stopped by Mr. Xiao (Zhan's dad).
Mr. Wang (Yibo's dad) asked, "What are you doing here? Where do you kept our Zhan?"
"Uncle Wang listen to me...I actually escaped from Xue Yang... He planned all these. He wanted Zhan. He locked me up in the basement when he said that he will kill Yibo and I objected. I somehow escaped. Please I am giving you the address go and save him...or it will be too late. I....I realized my fault...I am so sorry." Lu En Jie said while crying.
Listen to her Mr. Wang immediately called the police and told them the whole situation. After a few minutes the police came and arrest Lu En Jie. But most surprisingly she was not trying to do anything like trying to fight back.
When the police were taking her she asked, "Uncle Wang can I see Yibo for the last time?"
Yibo's father nodded and let her see him. But entering his room and seeing Yibo sleeping peacefully she couldn't build up the courage to speak to him. She put a voice recorder beside him and left.
After she left Yibo opened his eyes and picked up the recorder. He was angry with her but he didn't said anything to her because he heard all the thing that were happening outside.
He turned on the recorder and Lu En Jie's voice spoke up.......
"Yibo I know that I was wrong from the begging loving you. I knew that Xiao Zhan love you very much but despite that I fell in love with you. Yibo to tell you the truth I wasn't the one who attacked Xiao Zhan that night. Yes I called Xiao Zhan and brought him to the club to give him money so that he can leave you. Yes I was wrong he didn't accept that money and left the club immediately. Yes I was angry but I never intended to kill anyone in my life. But before that Xue Yang planned to kill you and take Xiao Zhan away from you. But I stopped him. I knew from the very begging that he love Xiao Zhan and I thought it was a great chance to separate you both. But who knew he would be so cruel. When Xiao Zhan left the club Xue Yang's men followed him thinking that he was you because Xue Yang ordered to kill you. So by mistake they stabbed Xiao Zhan. But Yibo I swear I knew this later so I think there might be a misunderstanding in Xiao Zhan's mind about me and I want you to clear this with him for me. By the way when escaping I saw Xiao Zhan sleeping in a room. He looked very pale. I thought about saving him but I didn't because you know why would I? Why would I save my rival? I made my mind to tell you about his whereabouts so don't blame me...ha ha ha...I will always love you Yibo. If my fate is good I will meet you again somewhere in this big world most probably in jail tho hahaha. Lastly Yibo...I am not that bad you know...kekeke..."
Yibo smiled hearing the recording. He got up and eat some fruits beside the table. When his parents came in the room they were happy seeing him eating.
