"TADA!"

He'd somehow perfectly fitted into it.

A tiny round ball— like a hamster's home.

It was enough to insulate his body from the heat...

He followed the footprints, eyes strolling and darting around like a detective hamster.

And from a tiny glass shard he'd made as he punched a hole in, he made a "magnifying glass" which made the light bend with a small turn...

"SHIVEBRR," Akaman looked at the tiny, snow-laden signpost. "I'd even forgotten this was the name. Never passed here a lot either; it's been a long, long time."

And he shook his head.

"You have to focus, Akaman," he said. "The town needs you.

"Your friends, too! They all need you!"

* * * * *

A tiny frozen river winded itself up to his left as he rolled on, following the plethora of footsteps.

It was obvious they'd travelled elsewhere, but where?

"Dear hero." Someone'd left a note on the ground. "Help us!"

He picked it, and unrumpled it, his eyes skimming over it in worry.

"If you're reading this, we're with the vilest of the vile. This... person. He's a wolf in sheep's clothing.

"Both figuratively and literally.

"If you were wondering about it, you ought to be careful of his appearance. He looks like a good artist, but his music! Oh, the pain!

"It's just so... I don't know... How should I put it?

"So bad. And so mean-sounding!

"It's so mean, and it's so terrible indeed that it's caused every window in our humble town to crack and crash with a thudding pitch, and then the shards, breaking all laws of reality, ran away crying.

"It caused metal to crack too, and chaos ensued. Everything suddenly exploded, and we were forced to run off.

"With his music, we are controlled to a certain direction he wants.

"We cannot stop. Please help! I hid this note in the ice for you."

There was no name of the writer.

Akaman looked at it, flipped it, and looked at the footprints.

"Oh man," he thought to himself. "What is going on in here?"
