Chapter 7 - Ink

Two more weeks pass with Error and (Y/N) in the anti-void. The skeleton was currently absent, as he had gone to get something to eat. You look around for the thousandth time. There is nothing you can hurt yourself with. You sit on the floor, waiting. Then you hear the almost familiar sound of a portal opening, get up and turn around to receive Error. But whoever appears is not the usual monster, it is someone you has never seen before, a skeleton monster with a paint stain on his cheek, making you terrified.

Moments earlier, in a different universe, Ink was thinking ... 'Why has Error not attacked any alternative universe for so long? He must be planning something, I'll check it out '. Ink arrives at the anti-void through a portal and looks around, seeing a cabin and a mattress with scattered covers. "What is all this for, anyway? It looks like he's not here and ..." He finally notices a frightened girl and thinks 'Oh no, it must be another one of his kidnapped dolls from a destroyed alternative universe. Poor thing, I can see that she's scared, but why she's not tied to the ceiling and ... Are those Error's clothes she's wearing?' Ink decides to approach "Hi! How are you?" You take a step back "N-no ..." you whispers. "What? Speak a little louder" He continues to approach "No, no, no, no, no" You walk back and fall off balance, falling on your butt on the floor. "Oh, are you okay?" Ink runs to help, however, he is surprised with a shout "DON'T APPROACH!". He freezes a little and sees that you start to shed tears with an expression of fear. You turn forward and spit a lot of blood on the floor, making Ink run and crouch to try to help you.

At that moment, Error arrives looking at a bag that he is carrying "Hey, Muffin, I hope you like ..." he then realizes the scene in front of him and finds it strange that Ink is there. He then looks from him to you who are in front of a pool of blood. Error drops the bag and is already throwing his blue magic strings towards Ink. "No, no, wait, it's not what it looks like!" But it's too late, he has to dodge the attacks, starts to defend himself and tries to reason with the attacker "Error! You got it all wrong. I don't ..." The intruder dodges more attacks "It seems like I don't have much of a choice " He says, taking his giant paintbrush off his back, ready to strike back.

You stare at the pool of blood and tears in front of you, you don't know what to think. The epic battle continues in the background. A blue string falls to your side, pulling you out of your trance. You look at the fight in front of you and remember your parents always fighting when you were little "Stop, please, no more" but as your voice is low, no one listens. Another attempt is made a little louder "Don't fight". No result, your throat burning with pain. Last attempt "STOP!" Immediately the two monsters stop the fight and look at the source of the sound, watching you vomit more blood on the floor. Error stops for everything he was doing and start running to you, completely ignoring Ink "MUFFIN!" Arriving, he crouches down and picks you up to calm you down, as you are having a panic attack. Ink does not know what is going on and approaches with caution.
