Y/n's P.O.V.

Cold.

I felt so cold. It was dark yet I could still hear screaming. I could hear everything
She was doing.

She looked like me, sounded like me. But she was nothing like me. The scent of death was so strong on her that it was suffocating.

Suddenly I heard my name being called out by a familiar voice.

". . . Dad. . .?" I whispered as I heard my fathers voice telling me to calm down.

"Dad!" I smiled as I was relieved to hear the voice of my father instead of the horrific screams of who ever it was.

"Y/n. Drop the sword. Please"
My eyes widen at what my father said.

'Sword. . .? Oh shit it must be her. She has a weapon!'

"Stop it! Please, DON'T HURT HIM!!!!"
I shouted with tears filling my eyes.

Suddenly all the darkness started to lighten up. My vision became more clear as tears went down my face. The first thing I saw was my father.

I smiled.
"Dad." I stumbled twords him but he backed away. I frown and noticed that the police were also here, and they were aiming there guns

at me?

"What. . .?" I look around in confusion and looked down to my hands.

My heart dropped to my stomach.
My hands were coverd in blood and my nails somehow became longer. Like claws.

My breathing increases as I shook my head, not wanting to believe what I was seeing. I look back up to my father

"I. . . I didn't. No" my bottom lip started quivering as I continue to shake my head.
"Papa. . . help me." More tears fell down my face as. I closed my eyes tight as I fell to my knees.
"Help me."

I held my head in my blooded hands. Sobbing quietly.

Why. Why was this happening to me.

I felt two big strong arms suddenly pick me up and carried me like a baby.
"Huh?"

I slowly opened my eyes to see red hair.
"Papa?" My voice was quite and sounded uneven.

"Shhhh, just go to sleep." This was the first time I've ever heard my dad speak in such a soft way. I was shocked but soothed by the change. And I was very tired. Tired of crying. Tired of thinking.

So I just did as I was told and closed my eyes.

3rd P.O.V.

"Wow Endever-san. Who knew you would be so gentle with the little baby bird." The winged man said with a grin

Endever just ignored what Hawks said as he cradled his daughter in his arms.
There was tear stains on her face and blood.

He sighed and tried to wipe the blood off but it just ended up smudging on Y/n's face, causing Enji to frown.

Endever tried to wipe away the blood stain off of his daughters face.
'Dame it! Why wont it go away!' Endever angrily thought to himself.

"Uhh, Endever-san. . .?" The blonde man noticed that the father of the young girl was rubbing the little girls face a little rougher as the blood seemed to refuse to come off.

"It's not supposed to be here." The red haired male whispered.

Hawks flinched at how broken the usual stoic and angry mans voice became.
"What's not supposed to be where?" Hawks asked, a little nervous of the answer he'll receive.

"The blood . . . the blood isn't supposed to be . . . on her face." Enji slowly stroked
Y/n's hair, like the time when he got to take her to bed.

But this isn't a nice and soft moment.
No.

Right now his daughter went though somthing no child should go through.
All of this happened and he wasn't able to save her. What kind of father can't save his daughter?.

At this point Enji putting all blame on himself. For not being a better father,
Not being a better hero.

Enji held close to his chest.
"Im sorry." He whispered those words repeatedly. Hawks just stared at the two in sympathy as he left Endever to have his little moment with the young girl.

This family was pitiful. The most pitiful of them all.
