Prologue

This chapter is going back in time when Y/n was six and Shoto is 11

"Big brother, big brother!" Shoto looks back to see his sweet little sister and smiled

"Y/n" he hugged his little sister tightly and let's go
"Look, look!" Y/n held out a flower crown made out of daisies
Shoto had just finished her training with his father and Y/n had to go train with him next
"I made this for you, since you worked so hard" Y/n smiled at her brother

Shoto looks at his sister in shock but was replaced with a soft smile as he hugged his little sister and she hugged back

"Hey Shoto?" Y/n pulled away from Shoto to look him in the eyes
"Yes?" Shoto fixed the flower crown on his head
"Promise that you will always be there for me?"

Y/n looked like she was on the verge of tears, Shoto didn't like it when she cried so he wipes the tears that couldn't help but fall from her eyes
"Promise"

"Y/N!" The two flinched at the all too familiar angry voice, Y/n looks up at Shoto with a shakingly smile
"Don't worry I'll be back" Y/n kissed her brothers cheek and ran to her father

"Ok I'm ready!" Y/n always tried to stay positive while training with her father, Y/n still loves him but it is slowly fading and
Y/n is desperately holding on to that love she has for him

Endeavor shoot's out fire to Y/n as she stood there and got ready for it. Y/n extended her arms out and sucked up all the fire. Her skin was of a burning orange, you could see her veins wherever the light had been in her body. Y/n held it in for 5 min then aimed at her father who easily doged it, Y/n still had some fire in her so she used it so she can speed up, but was soon punched in the gut

Y/n fell to the ground crying her heart out, she tried and failed to stop crying
After getting thrown around like a rag doll Y/n got patched up by Fuyumi who was crying as well, she didn't like it when Y/n got hurt, Y/n saw Fuyumi crying and she frowns

"Hey Yumi wanna hear a joke?" Fuyumi looks back at her little sister on the stool "Ok, a ham sandwich walks into a bar and orders a beer
Bartender says, sorry we don't serve food here! Eyyyy get it, get it?" Y/n had a grin on, Fuyumi dubbed over laughing at her dumb sister

Fuyumi was not laughing at her sister's joke, she was laughing at how it was not funny at all
"Hey how do you even know what a bar, and a beer is?" Y/n froze and looked behind her sister
"ah Shoto!" Fuyumi looks behind her and see that her brother
Was not there

She looks back to where her sister was at but not there. Fuyumi sighed and went back to her studies

Y/n got to her room and sighed,
'Hope she doesn't ask Natsuo about it' She thought to herself while going to her bed and pulled out a family photo and see her family in it. She wasn't in to tho since she was not yet born

This was the last picture where Toya was in it. Y/n doesn't remember her elder brother but she wants too. Fuyumi told her some stories about him

Her father doesn't know that she has this picture, only Fuyumi. Suddenly there was a knock on her door, witch made Y/n quickly hide the photo under her pillow once again

Shoto entered the room and smiled at Y/n as she did the same to him, but he frownd at the sight of all the bandages all over her

"Y/n" Shoto quickly rushed to his little sister and hugged her tightly
"Oh it's ok Sho, I'm strong!" Y/n smiled at her brother brightly. Shoto loved how Y/n could always stay so positive, her smile was one of the only things keeping him going

"Umm Shoto?" Y/n fiddled with her fingers while looking away from Shoto with a light blush. Shoto hummed in question looking down at Y/n
"C- can you s- sleep with me, j-just for tonight please?"

Y/n was so cute that he couldn't help but say yes to her.
"Dinner!" Fuyumi shouted and instantly the two run down stairs and two the kitchen

They didn't really had to worry at dinner since there father had to go on portola so they were free to be them selves

At that moment they seemed so happy
