Chapter 2

Dabi P.O.V.
I decided to follow Y/n and see her enter the place I used to call home

Well it wasn't really a home, more like a prison. I got closer to the house and hid behind the two big trees and watched as Y/n walked into the living room, she froze when she saw little Shoto 'something happened between them?' I thought to myself as Y/n sat next to Endeavor

I frownd seeing she was not that bothered, like she was sitting next to someone who has not put you and the siblings through hell

Y/n got up but was stopped by Fuyumi who had a stern face on, I was I could hear Fuyumi telling Y/n to stay but it seems like she didn't want to until Enji spoke her name, luckily she sat next to Natsuo who pulled her close by her shoulders,
"been a while ay?"
Y/n nods and smiles

That smile was so sweet and bright my heart ached.

Fuyum tell's Y/n that she has to go to school along with Shoto. Y/n don't look so happy about that. Y/n said that he didn't have to, witch made Shoto look sad, sadder then he already looked

There little gathering finished and Y/n literally zoomed upstairs. I looked at every window until I found Y/n's Window. I stayed in a tree that could let me hear her clearly and see her
'Ugh bet I look like a dame creep, well I'm her brother so there is nothing wrong with this.... Yup nothing wrong'

I watched Y/n for 1 hour straight, she seemed more mature then her usual age, she would smile time to time her smile automatically made me smile a little bit

'damn, why don't I remember mom giving birth to her!' I was kinda irritated at the fact that I couldn't take this sweet angel away from this hell hole

Y/n P.O.V. Time skip to morning

I wake up covered in cold sweat I was breathing hard and my heart was ready to burst out. I felt like I ran a Marathon

My eyes hurt even though it was still kinda dark outside. I looked to the clock on my room that was across from my bed and see it was 5:23
I frownd and unwillingly got back up knowing I will not be able to go back to sleep

I quietly made my way downstairs not wanting to wake anyone up, I walked to the kitchen and see Shoto

Eventually he noticed me. Our eyes met and I started to feel a little uncomfortable. So I just ignored him and went to the fridge and grabbed a juice box
"Good morning" I heard Shoto say, I turned to face him and nod.
"Did you have a nightmare?" Shoto said as I sat next to him on the tall stool, I nod and sip my juice
"So.... How you been?" I say looking away not feeling like looking him in the eyes

"I have been good, but I wanted to see how you and Fuyumi were along with Natsuo of course" I could hear the smile in his voice, so I unconsciously smile

"You should smile more, like you used to when you were younger" I look at Shoto and see he had a painful look on his face, it made my breath hitch
"I don't know what you mean" I looked away from my brother and fiddled with my thumbs

Suddenly Shoto's hand stopped my hands with his big one. I fliched a little but didn't pull back. I look up and see Shoto who is looking in my eyes seriously suddenly he hugged me tightly
"I'm sorry" was all he said
'Sorry?' I thought to myself as flashback's of him turning away from me, not knowing he would not look at me for a long while

"I'm such a terrible brother, I promised you and I broke that promise. But right now I promise that I will never let you go again" I was shocked this was happening all too fast for my tiny mind to keep up

It was silent for a while and I did nothing but I finally understand what he had just said. Feeling that I should say something I just hugged him back and rubbed circles on his back
