Jane's POV

I ran out of gas as I was trying to make my way out the forest. "Oh, just great!" I thought. I grabbed my keys and suitcases and started to get out the forest, this time on foot. All of a sudden I felt like I was being watched. I looked at the back of me and saw a boy standing there. He had a blue mask and he... didn't seem to have eyes!

There was black paint running down the mask from the eyes. He wore a black hoodie and some jeans. He tilted his head a little as he looked at me. "Who are you...?" I asked, slowly putting my hand in my pocket and holding on to my knife. "Eyeless Jack... but you may call me EJ" He said. "Aren't you Sally's brother?" I asked.

He nodded, but then all of a sudden he pinned me up to a tree with a knife at my throat. "How do you know who my sister is?!" He shouted at me. "I'm her step-sister, well used to be, I guess. Slenderman kicked me out, after a few days of living in his house, still not sure why," I said, trying not to sound sad. He stopped pinning me to the tree and put his knife away.

"Sorry, I haven't been home for so long, only because slender man too kicked me out" He said, shaking his head. "He was jealous when I got so much attention from Sally and Jeff and the others hidden around the house, so he kicked me out"

"That makes so much sense now" I whispered. "But I don't know anyone around except for Sally, Jeff, and Slenderman" Ej shook his head and said, "Well it doesn't matter who it is, he does get jealous. That's why the others hide around the house, they don't want to be kicked out, but they also want to be loved, not to hide from the person who took them in"

I nodded in agreement. "So where are you headin' off too?" Ej asked. "Anywhere, but just far away from here, Slenderman might kill me If he found me" I said. "Take me with you, you can be my sister and I will be your brother, your step-brother," He said, a little excited.

I smiled and nodded. "Sure" He held my hand and helped me with my suitcases. "Ready to go sis?" He asked. I smiled widely and said, "Ready to go brother" We slowly walked hand in hand, making our way out of the forest, as brother and sister.
