-Kaede Akamatsu's POV-
Alright. This is it, the day I've been waiting for! I finally get to go to Hope's Peak Academy as the Ultimate Pianist today!
"Kaede! I have to leave for work, so you're gonna have to walk to your first day! I'm sorry, kiddo!" my mom yells as she heads out the door. I'm all ready, so I shove some toast into my mouth by the corner of it and run out the door, book bag on my shoulder. I walk with long strides, my eyes straight ahead, hoping not to crash into something.
Suddenly, I near the wide double doors at the school, stars in my eyes. I'm going in. Today is the day I become an Ultimate.
-Shuichi Saihara's POV-
I'm walking to Hope's Peak after the mid-year break, my hat covering my eyes. Suddenly, a flash of blonde speeds by me, and I look up, wondering who it was. She turns around a corner, and I see that she's none other than Kaede Akamatsu. That girl from the book shop. She's quite mysterious, that's for sure. The doors slam behind her, and I fall into the same pattern of my fast walking, head down, to the school.
A/N: This is really short, I am so sorry. I have a few good ideas for the next chapters, so I'll probably be uploading twice today. I'm sorry I haven't been uploading much, school sucks and I have a lot of things I've been doing. Ily, though, and as always, be confident in yourself, you are beautiful and amazing!
