I woke up knowing that we were heading home. I told Caleb and Hanna I couldn't see him I wanted to be by myself. I spent most of the night crying with Han and she didn't ask why I was so upset. She just cried with me. I started to cry and felt Toby's embrace.
"Spencer do you want the depression medicine that the doctor gave me?"
Instead of answering him I just went to sleep. I woke in the hospital, I looked around me and was scared.
"Spencer your okay I promise". He said in a soothing voice. "You wouldn't wake up so I called the doctor he said to bring you in. "Spencer you have to start chemotherapy soon, I think it's time we tell our friends."
"Text the Emily tell her to get everybody together". I ordered.
"Your parents too?"
"They already know,the doctor called.
But I'm 18 so all decision is for me and my fiance."
I fall asleep and am woken up by an awful dream. I was dead in a coffin next to Mona trying to get out. I wasn't ready to go.
Next thing I know is Toby cradling me in his arms telling me it was a dream and everything would be alright. But I knew otherwise, I was indeed going to die and I knew it.
Next thing we had to go to Han and Caleb's the truth had to come out.
"Tobes" I said "Can you talk to them without me?'
"Sure".
Guys there is something that you don't know about Spencer.
"Why isn't Spence telling us this?" Aria interrupted.
"She didn't want to be here when you found out."
"Oh my god is Spencer okay?" Emily asked.
"Guys Spencer has cancer".
