Boruto's twin sister

part 18

" wh-why are you all so quiet..?" 

" well, if you are here, means you died. " minato said hugging the trembling girl.

" wh-what...? I still have a family to go back to, a twin, friends....and some uncle and aunties, kakashi oji... so many... am i really dead..?"

" actually, you have a choice."

" h-hagoromo-san..."

" do you want to be here and watch over your family and friends, or go back with them?"

" As much as I love you, I want you to go back, you're still to young. And mind you, that sakada boy is not the right man for you, it's just a small crush you have." kushina said.

" e-eh?"

" Go back, It's not your time yet."

" I..."

( back in the real world)

Boruto and his friends were currently talking when the beeping sound from hinako's heart rate monitor slowly goes down. They started to panick and medical ninjas came rushing into the room.

" Quick! We're loosing her!"  they heard sakura yell as they rushed her to the emergency surgery room.

Boruto felt like his whole world stop. Loosing hinako? His one and only twin? His other half? His beloved little twin sister? He couldn't! Sure she was really mean and always yelling or bonking him, but she was still his sister, being the absolute tsundrere she is. He knows deep down she really cares for him.

" what?!" boruto yelled.

They quickly rushed to the outside of the surgery room to wait for further notice. Slowly kakashi came, naruto, hinata and himawari came, sasuke came and a few of her friends all came to wait for the news. 

* a few hours later *

Sakura slowly came out from the room. They could see she was crying just now but she didn't seem so upset.

" How is she?! How is my daughter, sakura?!"

" Well, her heart stopped-"

" what?! no! hinako!" everyone started to cry. Well, in sasuke's and kakashi's case, looked away with teary eyes.

"- I'm not done yet."

"huh?"

" I said, her heart stopped. But then slowly she came back to life. It was really a miracle.."

Everyone beamed in happiness. Her family was still crying but those were tears of relief and joy. They all thought that it was the end of her. 

" Then when would she wake up?" boruto asks, voice still shaky but glad his sister was alive.

" I would say in a few days time. "

* a few days passed...*

Boruto was currently traing with kakashi. He then felt a sudden urge to check on his sister. He excused himself and ran to her room. He went to her bed and frowned. She still wasn't awake. Slowly, her eye twitched a little. He sat up from his chair and looked quickly. He saw her slowly opening her eyes, having her lavender eyes which has no pupils slowly showing.

" hinako!"

" b-bo-ru-t....o? Is th-that y-ou? A-are y-ou h-he-re? "she coughed a little after talking so much.
