As soon as the door shuts down, gas came out and made the both of them faint.

" damn....it...."

Kawaki bolts up from his sleep because of a nightmare. He pants and looks around only to find hinako sleeping soundlessly on a bed beside his. ( much to boruto's dismay )

" Hinako.... Damn it, I can't be locked up like this right now!" he says. 

Soon the door opened showing boruto, sumire and mitsuki.

" oh, it's you guys.."

" we've brought you some food...eh? hinako is still sleeping?" sumire said but kawaki stays silent. " anyways, I thought it would be difficult to eat while being handcuffed."

" sorry bout' all of this, we can't let someone who would easily go on a rampage roam freely." boruto said. " you're gonna have to be like this for a while."

Kawaki looks at the food and saw sumire attempting to feed him. Before he could do anything,  a purple force field appeared out of nowhere pushing everything away.

" ahh!" sumire squeaked in suprise.

" class rep, are you okay?"

" y-yes.."

" You.... hands off kawaki.... don't even touch him...!"

" H-hey! Hinako! you can't just do that!"

" Claiming to be my 'brother' but siding a little bitch like her? Sounds like enough proof for me" hinako said sarcasticly while rolling her eyes.

"No- no that's not it!"

" Those food you were about to give us.... is poisoned isn't it?"

" No way! We wouldn't poison you two!"

" where are we?! " hinako asked.

" what are you trying to do while keeping us here?" kawaki asked.

" we're not trying to do anything! But we can't just release someone who we don't know anything about!"

" hmph!" hinako huffed. " oh really? then how about me?"

" well.. You don't have your memories."

boruto's grip on kawaki's shoulders tighten. Hinako realized the pain on kawaki's face.

" hey! " hinako yelled. her curse mark has yet to go back to normal so it was more intimidating.

" boruto!" mitsuki warned.

"oh! S-sorry I didn't mean to.."

" sorry. this is the advanced technology lab. we conduct research on scientific rules here. Don't worry." kawaki looked a little bit more easy now but hinako still just hated her guts.

" class rep!"

" But they must be feeling uneasy about being confined!" 

" anyway, just bear with this for the time being. Let's go"

" o-okay.."

' grr.... those kind of girls.... acting all cute so boys will like her and want to protect her when she is strong herself!' hinako thought angrily as her byakugan activated. What she didn't notice is that she snapped her handcuff into two. She blinked.

" oh! HAHAHAHAHA! I'm free!" hinako yelled.

" what?!"
