TW// Very slight mention of r*cism
Weeks went by, and finally it was time for the family to move into a new home. Bad had found them a comfortable home in a village called "Snow Chester." They'd be able to raise Micheal there, without any problems.
"I'm going to miss you guys." Bad said, as he stood by the gate with the family. They were about to be taken to their new house.
"Us, or Micheal?" Tubbo asked, knowing how much Bad liked holding the child.
"Both...but especially Micheal." He giggled, and opened his arms. "Let me say goodbye."
Tubbo handed Micheal over, trusting the king now. "Say bye Micheal."
Michael pat Bad's face again. "Ba, ba."
Bad laughed. "You have a way of greeting people...if you just add a d, you'd be saying my name...can you say Bad?" He encouraged the child to add just one more letter.
"Ba, ba!"
"Bad...b..a..d...can you say that?" Bad tried again.
"Ba, ba!"
Bad laughed, "he's cute, I'll miss his little ba sounds."
Tubbo smiled "Yeah, he's adorable. Just like his daddy."
Ranboo raised an eyebrow at Tubbo. "You flirting with me?"
"Maybe I am, maybe I am." Tubbo replied jokingly. "I'm kidding, I was talking about myself."
"Oh...oh...okay." Ranboo huffed.
Bad smiled and hugged Micheal tightly. "Bye Micheal, maybe I'll see you again someday." Bad handed the baby back.
Michael stretched back out towards Bad. "Ba, ba, ba!"
"Michael, we have to go buddy." Ranboo ruffled his hair. "let's go."
The family then left with Sam, who was bringing them to the village. Which meant Bad was about to be without a butler for the day. He didn't really mind, but it could be a little difficult. There was no one to help him sort papers or read letters. If he wasn't so conscious about how he treated workers, he'd probably have more. But in Bad's eyes, more workers meant less money going to each individual. Not to mention with a bunch of workers, he wouldn't get to be friends with them all. Bad liked having a small amount of workers.
Though he didn't end up getting anything productive done. Puffy came up to his room, she had been doing Sam's cleaning duties. She smelt like lemons when she walked in. "Bad, your ex is outside for you. The guards won't let him in unless you give your permission."
Bad sighed "How many times do I have to tell you I never dated him?"
"At least 5 more times, can he come in?" Puffy asked, wiping her wet hands in her pants.
"Uhh...yeah, yeah let him in I guess. If he's here he probably actually needs something." Bad sat on his couch, waiting for Quackity.
Quackity came on in like he owned the place. "Ay Bad! Long time no seeee!" He sat on the couch and turned to Bad.
"Hey...what's your business here?" Bad felt a migraine coming already.
"Wow, right to the point. No smalltalk? Don't be an asshole." Quackity rolled his eyes.
"Language, what do you want?" Bad had no joy in his voice.
"Damn marriage has made you bitchy. Remind me never to get married." Quackity fixed his hat. "Since you're so rushy, I came to...maybe get my job back?" He gave Bad the cutest expression he could pull.
