Skeppy ran to their bedroom once they got home. Bad didn't follow him, knowing how finicky Skeppy was being. He wanted to give him his space.

Sam and Puffy were waiting to greet them, and were confused by Skeppy's hurry to get away.

"Was that Skeppy, is he okay?" Sam asked.

Bad was still wiping his eyes from crying on the way home. He nodded "yeah...he's not going to be the same for awhile."

"What the hell happened?" Puffy was concerned, seeing Bad cry. She pulled him into a hug.

"I'll explain later...all you need to know is he was hurt by some people, and he's traumatized." Bad let Puffy comfort him.

"I'm so sorry...will he be alright?" Sam spoke up.

Bad let out an exhausted sigh. "I...I hope so. I don't know how bad the effects of conversion therapy are."

"Conversion therapy?!" Puffy nearly lost her mind. "What the hell happened while you were gone?! I know he was missing but...how did he end up in that situation?"

Bad shook his head and hid his face. "I can't talk about it now..."

Puffy looked at Sam, and rubbed Bad's back. "Okay...are you feeling alright? You don't look so good."

"I'm starving..." He admitted.

"I'll get you something, what would you like?" Sam offered.

"Honestly...anything. I don't have the energy to decide."

Sam nodded and went off to prepare Bad some food.

Puffy took him to a sofa and they sat down for awhile. Mostly they were silent, until Bad decided to speak up. "Puffy...he wants a divorce."

"Skeppy? Why?" Puffy looked at him.

"I...I guess the therapy worked, he doesn't love me anymore."

"Bad...that kind of stuff never works. He still loves you, he's probably just scared. Give him time and I bet he'll feel like himself again." Puffy tried to make Bad feel better.

"I hope so...but if he really does want to go ahead and divorce, I have to do it. It wouldn't be right to make him stay married to me, if he's scared of me." Bad looked down, feeling guilty that Skeppy was afraid of him. Even if it wasn't his fault.

"Scared of you?"

"When I get close to him, he looks terrified. I can only assume he's scared of me." Bad laid his head on her shoulder.

Puffy teared up a bit and wiped her eyes. "It'll be okay...I'll help you both through this. No matter what happens, papa Puffy is always here."

Bad smiled a little, wanting to laugh but he couldn't. His heart was too broken. "You're a muffin...thank you."

Sam brought Bad some food, and he ate as much as he could.

Puffy stayed with him instead of doing her chores. She knew he wasn't well enough to be alone. "Quackity sent a few letters here, even showed up once. Apparently you were supposed to be doing something for him?"

Bad remembered how he was supposed to get someone to look into the local butchering business. "Oh fudge...yeah, With everything going on I completely forgot about it. I'll write him a letter soon explaining why I didn't do it."

"I can write on your behalf and say you're not able to help right now." Puffy offered.

"Thanks, that would be a big help." Bad accepted the offer. Usually he liked to write his own letters, but he didn't feel up to the task.
