Training. Chapter 8

The next day was the training day.
I, Lucy , Natsu and happy went to the guild together. Well Lucy said the truth Last night, even though Natsu got such a huge futon to sleep yet I got kicked quite a few times.
By the time we reached the guild I went to one of the rooms to change into a comfortable track suit.

Master Mavis and Erza were already ready to start the training.
The first thing master told all of us to do was to meditate. It was the most important basic to unleash the powers within us. She told me to bring all my concentration within my heart where the magic vessel is located.
We all started to bring our concentration in our heart. At first it was difficult because my mind always gets distracted towards the noise I was getting around me. The practice of meditation continued about a week when slowly I learned how to control my mind.
Next week Mavis gave me a Book to understand the spells written there and try to bring it out from my magic vessel.

Slowly slowly I aslo learned how to bring my powers in my hands.
After a month of training the first spell I learned was a defence spell. It was that defence spell which I used to protect myself while Gray attacked me. The only difference was this time there was no dragon.
Next, Mavis focused on my attack spell. She asked natsu to teach me ' Water dragon roar ' basic knowledge as all the roar has one common thing that is to pull the surrounding common elements of my magic and blow it towards the targeted person, moreover it was one of the most powerful spell of dragon Slayers. My common element was water so I tried to pull out all the mositure surrounding in the air without suffocating my friends who were teaching me. At first it was quite difficult for me but finally I learned.

Along with my magic training they also taught me some of the physical defence and attack stratgies. It was for the times when I might be out of magic powers but still I would need to protect myself.

But I don't know why every time I perform a move of physical attack, some water layers used to roam around me. That didn't happen with any of the other dragon Slayer in the guild. That was strange for me.

My training continued for two months when I was finally able to use maximum spells.
Spells like:
Water dragon roar
Water dragon iron fist
Water dragon wing attack
Water dragon gushing elbow
Water dragon talon
Water dragon Aqua jet
Water dragon geyser wall
Water dragon's clone.

"The other unique and advanced spell are something that I cannot teach you.
Those spell you will learn to use by your own. It comes out with emotions building inside us during a fight. But I m sure the current spells you have learned will help you a lot" master Mavis said to me.
" Thank you master Mavis, natsu and Erza for helping me out with the training. It wouldn't have been possible for me to bring back my power. I'll repay this debt with everything I can do to protect  from the upcoming trouble Fairy Tail and magnolia is going to face." I said.
" You will repay this debt huh? Are you thinking we are doing some kind of favour to you Stella?" Erza asked in her same cold and angry voice.
"No I mean uhh-" I was cut of by natsu "you are one of us now. You made such a difficult journey from your world to this world. We are friends and friends don't have any debts on each other. We are helping you and we will always be together in times of need. And when the problem comes we will fight it together. No power can exceed the power of friendship, and that's the way of fairy tail"
"Yeah" I replied.
" You should now go and rest well. Past two months was hard for you but you must train well everyday" Mavis said.
"Leave that to us" Erza and Natsu said in unison.
"I was thinking of having a magic contest" Master makarov said while coming to us ,he continued "it will let the other guild members and people of magnolia to see the powers of fairy tail's  new recruit power. And Stella will also get to know her ability to fight with the magic she unleashed so far".
"I agree. But to test her power she must fight with her weakness. Her opponent must be a fire mage" Erza suggested.
"I M ALL FIRED UP" Natsu shouted.
"Hmm, natsu and Stella must have a fight, they both have the powers which is each others weakness. It's the best way to overcome their own weakness and fight with it" Master Mavis said.
"I'll better go and tell all the guild members about this contest. And before I tell them, the contest is going to held next week Wednesday. Prepare yourself with the best way you can" makarov said to me and Natsu.
- in the guild-
Master makarov announces about the contest and asked levy to send a request letter to the council. Without the council permissions they cannot perform the contest. It will be called illegal and we will be severely punished.
Next day levy brought the permission letter where it was clearly written that 'fairy tail is allowed to perform the contest they want to have but only in one condition. They have to conduct it in a place which is less congested because they don't want anymore damage in the city'
"Very well, then the contest will take place in our holy tenrou island. Inform everyone about this" master ordered levy.
"Yes master" levy replied.

Mean while the only thing which was roaming in my head was..
*I must train hard, this contest is not going to be easy. I have to show them that the training they gave me haven't gone in vain*
