The Hydra Kingdom, one of the Five Great Empires in the Hydrian Galaxy, is informed that their abandoned Hydra Blacksite has been infiltrated by unknown hostiles.

King Patchy dispatches Captain Jackal and his protege Ally, who recently was promoted to the rank of Captain. They are tasked with eliminating the hostiles and bringing any useful intel back to Vice-Admiral Cookie.

After The Great Civil War, a cruel war that saw our brethren and our former allies fight for control of the entire planet, my father worked together with the other armies' representatives to offer an end to the war: a form of government that would justly enforce equality between the combatants. Although millions of lives had already been lost during this conflict, it finally ended when all the armies signed a joint treaty with the Human race, whom my father represented. My father, with help of the Lizards and Dragons, lifted the Hydrian Planet from poverty. The discovery of Dasiourum, the precious metal that could be used to forge legendary weapons and insanely durable armor, allowed for the small nation's wealth to grow at an exponential rate. Finally, my father focused on establishing the government he had promised when he had signed the joint treaty. The creation of the Hydra Council, which helped divide the Planet's land into three provinces for each race, consisted of the representatives of each province and their respective army generals. Eventually, after creating multiple departments such as the Agriculture and Education department, The Hydra Kingdom was formed.

Although... all success comes with tragedy.

My father, who had ruled The Hydra Kingdom for many years, finally succumbed to his incurable illness. Millions of citizens were absent from the once vibrant and crowded streets, as they were mourning the loss of their selfless and kind leader. Although my father had been absent for most of my life, which resulted in the nanny supervising and mentoring me in his absence, he wanted me by his side during his last moments. As I held his hand, tears overflowing in my eyes as I begged him to not leave me so early, he told me that I had grown to become a fine, educated, and respectful young man. My tears only worsened as my father, who I had desperately wanted his approval, had finally given it to me.

He coughed violently, and as he knew his time would run out soon, he said his final words:

"You will rule The Hydra Kingdom bearing our Hydraion name, and will surpass my legacy."

He slowly moved his eyes towards mine, and smiled one last time as his once lukewarm body was now cold and his eyes stayed still, fixated on Patchy's face.

"King Patchy, I was summoned by your request, to what do I owe the honor?" Captain Jackal kneeled.

"Captain Jackal, I have received news that one of our abandoned Hydra Blacksites have been infiltrated by an unknown group of hostiles." King Patchy explained, "I had sent a small team of Ruby Knights to eliminate them, but they haven't responded since their landing."

"The Ruby Knights are well-equipped soldiers with proper training from the H.A.T.F, surely there must be a mistake." Captain Jackal interjected.

"It's been five days." King Patchy grimly replied, "I am sending you to investigate the missing Ruby Knights' whereabouts and to eliminate the remaining hostiles."

"I would like to request that my protégé be allowed to accompany me on this venture." Captain Jackal stated, "She has proven her prowess against fellow knights but lacks experience on fighting enemies whose movements and attacks aren't similar to hers."

"I'll permit her addition on your mission but, remember that you, as her mentor, are held responsible if anything happens to her." King Patchy continued, "Your ship has already been fueled and equipped with the latest technology our Empire has acquired."
