It's been a little over a week now, and Soobin absolutely could still not believe that the fairy of shampoo- or well, Yeonjun, was attending his school.

Don't get him wrong he was happy that he was able to talk to the boy, but he wanted to become closer. He wanted to be better friends, but Soobin painfully didn't quite know how to approach Yeonjun and become better friends, maybe even something closer but he wouldn't admit that.

Sure Yeonjun approaches him most of the time, and yeah their conversations went well most of the time too, but he wanted to really know Yeonjun.

"What are you thinking about so hard?"

His thoughts were disturbed by Chanhee who stood there smiling.

"What? Nothing." Soobin said, making Chanhee quirk an eyebrow.

"Ooo let me guess, it was that little friend of yours." he teased nudging Soobin's shoulder who sighed and walked away.

Chanhee laughed following Soobin who was now stocking up some random candy bars.

"What?"

"You know you seem to like that kid a lot."

"No I don't- well I do, but not like that. Like I like him, but not like, like, in that way you know? Don't get me wrong he's great, but I just don't... you know-"

"Yeah I got it. Anyway I'm glad you have other friends, now you won't have to walk here and back home when it's cold." Chanhee said remembering the winter days where Soobin had refused his offer to giving him a ride, and ultimately becoming sick with a cold.

"Well I mean I guess, but it's not like I can just ask him every single day." Soobin said.

"Yes you can."

"No I can't."

"Yeah whatever," Chanhee picked at his nails before looking back at Soobin. "it's been a week already, and I assume you two are on good terms so far."

"I guess, oh also since it's Sunday tomorrow are you coming over to help us study?" Soobin asked now going back to the cash register.

"I will, but it may have to end earlier, I have to be somewhere." Chanhee said following Soobin.

"Hm yeah that's fine."

___

"So, how was this week for you?" Yeonjun's dad asked.

"It was good, I made a few friends already and they're all nice. I could probably make a few more."

"I assume the tall one we dropped off was one of them?" Yeonjun's mom joined in their conversation.

Yeonjun nodded while taking a bite of the food his mom had made for dinner.

"He's a good one, already works at some part time job." his mom turned to her husband who hummed approvingly.

"Oh well that's nice to hear." he then turned to Yeonjun. "One thing Yeonjun, don't associate yourself with the wrong group of people, that can end badly in so many ways."

"He's right, don't get involved with the wrong people, you'll see for yourself who's the wrong people and the right people." his mom smiled.

"Yeah don't worry I won't." Yeonjun then thanked them for the advice, and stood placing his plate in the dishwasher before heading to his room.

He then checked his phone seeing as Taehyun had sent him a message.

Taehyun:
Hi Yeonjun, me and Kai are hanging out tomorrow and we were wondering if you wanted to come-? You don't have to of course :)

Yeonjun:
Oh sure that sounds fun

The boys then exchanged a few more details about where and when they would be hanging out, before having a small conversation and saying goodbye.

Yeonjun was honestly really excited seeing as the only "hangouts" he's had were boring meet ups with other models he'd had to work with. Most which ended in Yeonjun excusing himself to the
bathroom and never coming back.

Anyways, a day later they were all gathered together at a nearby park.

"I didn't know you were gonna come, Taehyun didn't mention it." Yeonjun said.

"Yeah I decided to come last minute. I'll only be here for a while though since I have somewhere to be later." Beomgyu said.

"Ohh I see." Yeonjun said as the others nodded their heads in understandment.

"Well might as well make the most of it right?" Taehyun smiled.

The boys then spent their day just talking and fooling around with the occasional stressful talk about school.

"No so like I'm just saying, elephants and rhinos are basically the same just in very different fonts." Kai said staring to the ground.

"No they're not." Taehyun scoffed.

"Honestly comparing animals is completely unnecessary, they're each different in their own ways." Yeonjun chimed in.

"What Yeonjun said, anyway as this has been fun, I think I'm gonna need to go now." Beomgyu said standing up from a bench all of them were sitting on.

"So soon?" Kai asked making Beomgyu hum and nod.

"Where are you even going to?" Taehyun said looking up at Beomgyu.

"Uh- to go help my dad at home, he said my grandma came to visit us and wanted me to go help out," Beomgyu smiled, "and no none of you need to take me home, I'm sure I'll be taking the bus."

"Oh okay, bye Gyu." Taehyun said.

Beomgyu smiled one last time, before leaving the others.

"So where too next?" Yeonjun asked.

"We could go to an arcade nearby." Kai suggested.

The boys thought for a bit before all nodding their heads agreeing to go to the arcade.

____

"Sorry I'm not late am I?" Beomgyu asked as he stepped inside the car, catching his breath. "I was just out with a few friends-"

"Yeah yeah, it's fine don't worry about it." Chanhee smiled. "You can get home too right?" Chanhee asked turning to Beomgyu. "I'll have to be somewhere later."

"Oh yeah it's okay."

"You sure?"

"Yeah I'm sure."

Chanhee took one last glance at Beomgyu before nodding, starting the car engine.

"Did you clean out your car?" Beomgyu asked looking around behind him at the back seats.

"Yeah why?"

"Nothing, it just smells cleaner."

"Are you saying my car smelled bad? I'm offended Beomgyu." Chanhee said in a joking tone.

"Yes, it smelled like shoes and cheese." Beomgyu bluntly stated.

"Cheese?"

"Yes, Cheese." Beomgyu said making Chanhee scoff.

"Keep talking and I'm leaving you to walk to Soobin's house." Changed responded. "Anyway, Soobin's already got everything set up. We should be set by the time we arrive."
