At last, lunch finally came around. The three boys were goofing around, walking out the door of their class.

"So where do you guys head to during lunch?" Yeonjun asked laughing at Kai who had tripped on his shoelace, making Taehyun scold him for not tying it.

"We mostly sit in the cafeteria though time to time we go outside to the field," Kai responded aggressively tying his shoe. "Oh yeah, and we also wait for our friend to come." he said catching up to Yeonjun and Taehyun.

"Speaking of, where is he?" Taehyun asked.

"I don't know, what class did he just have?" Kai said.

"Pretty sure it was science."

"God dammit, it's at the top floor right?" Kai asked Taehyun who nodded in response. "Well can he hurry up or something I'm starving?" Kai groaned.

"Okay then go get your food, and find us a table while I go with Yeonjun to get something. I'm sure he's bound to show up in a bit."

Kai sighed, but nodded walking away to get his food.

"Yeonjun, do you want something to eat?" Taehyun asked.

"Yeah.

"Okay, do you want to get something stray their serving or just like something from the vending machine?"

"Um well do you know what are they're serving?" Yeonjun asked.

"Burgers, salad, fruits and some other stuff- though if I'm being honest half the stuff they're serving is just plain nasty." Taehyun said scrunching you his face in disgust.

"Oh, well how bad can it be? I'll just get what they're serving."

Taehyun nodded, signaling for Yeonjun to follow him to where the lunch ladies were serving food.

"Oh yeah, who's the friend you and Kai are waiting for?" Yeonjun asked as he got closer to the lunch lady and asked for a burger- well if you could even call it that. The buns were all soggy and the meat was grey and gross.

"Our friend Beomgyu, he's a great guy. I'm sure you two are gonna get along really well." Taehyun smiled.

"Ah I see."

"Mhm."

After getting their food, they made their way to the lunch tables. Yeonjun trying to see if Soobin had been done helping at the library since he noticed how his mood seemed to drop before their last class.

But unfortunately he wasn't there.

Taehyun tapped Yeonjun's shoulder pointing to a table.

"Hey look, it's Kai and Beomgyu." he said grabbing Yeonjun's hand and leading the way to the table.

"Oh hey guys, Beomgyu, this is Yeonjun, Yeonjun this is Beomgyu." Taehyun introduced them.

"Hi it's nice to meet you." Beomgyu smiled holding out his hand for Yeonjun to shake.

"It's nice to meet you too." Yeonjun said taking Beomgyu's hand to shake it.

"Hey you good? You seem kinda down."Kai said as Yeonjun sat down next to him.

"No I- I'm good." Yeonjun said forcing a small smile.

Beomgyu seemed to notice this scooting over to sit in front of Yeonjun.

"So it's your first day right? How's it been?" Beomgyu asked.

"Oh it was good yeah. I mean I made a few friends so I'm glad for that."

"Yeah and he couldn't have picked someone other than Soobin." Kai mumbled under his breath.

"Oh come on, he can be friends with him if he wants." Beomgyu said.

"Wait can you repeat that? I didn't hear." Yeonjun said knitting his eyebrows in confusion.

"It was nothing. Don't worry about it." Kai said.

"Okay." Yeonjun sat there awkwardly "...So what do you guys do while you eat?"

"Well we just talk about random stuff, like last time we were asking if fish could see water, that was mostly Kai, but you know we still all discussed it." Beomgyu smiled.

Yeonjun raised and eyebrow and chuckled. "If fish could see water? really?"

"Yup, welcome to our friend group. So what do you have after this? Actually wait, let me just see your schedule." Beomgyu said.

Yeonjun nodded handing Beomgyu his schedule.

"So let's see," Beomgyu said unfolding the price of paper which was folded in half. "Oh would you look at that, we have math and pe together, which is next period."

"That's nice, I heard that the math teacher here sucked or something? Like she doesn't teach at all." Yeonjun said.

"Oh yeah Mrs. Lee she can't teach to save her life, that's why I always get Taehyun or another friend of mine to help me in math." Beomgyu said handing back Yeonjun his schedule.

"Another friend of yours? I'm hurt Gyu, I thought you always came to me for math help." Taehyun joked.

"Oh shush, sometimes you turn me down saying you're busy with something else."Beomgyu said playfully smacking Taehyun's arm.

"Well do we know this supposed friend of yours?" Kai asked taking a bite out of his apple.

"Um... yes."

"Who?"

"Google. They're a really good friend of mine and almost always have the right answers." he said with a grin making Taehyun frown.

"Google? Why google? I'm much better than google. Google sucks and makes stuff more confusing."

"Are you really offended I don't let you do my math homework sometimes?" Beomgyu said laughing along with Yeonjun and Kai.

"Yes, and what of it?"

"Nothing, it's just no one likes math except for you."

"Words can hurt." Taehyun said crossing his arms.

Soon, the bell rang signaling the students to leave the cafeteria or to get back into the building to head to their next class.

"Yeonjun, Kai, come on let's head on now. Bye Taehyun I'll see you after school for the notes." Beomgyu yelled out.

"Why don't you go to Google for the notes?" Taehyun yelled back.
