I slipped into the shiny black car that had shown up. The tinted windows freaked me out, just a little.

Steele sat in the seat beside me and I turned my head to look out the window.

The trees blurred as the car moved and it lulled me to a restless sleep.

Rough hands shook me out of my sleep, the angry sun burning my eyes.

"Who's touching me? Get off!" I grumbled.

"You need to go inside. Alpha's orders." A man around the age of twenty three stood there.

"Tell the alpha to suck my ass."

"Sorry, Luna, but no."

"But... why?" I whined, covering my eyes with my hands.

"Just follow me. We have a room set up for you." He turned and started walking, expecting me to follow.

I rolled my eyes then darted to the right, into the forest. I quickly shifted into my wolf but held control over my mind. We were running fast and dodging incoming trees.

By now, he would have turned and followed pursuit.

I could hear paws chasing after us. It wasn't just one wolf, multiple. There had to be around ten.

My wolf huffed in frustration but didn't seem to be bothered by the pull as we grew farther from our mate.

I looked back at the other wolves who all seemed to have a wolf-y smirk on their faces. Why? I crashed right into a large, muscular body that sent chills and shivers through my body. My wolf looked up to find grey eyes that seemed endless, laced with only anger. I shifted automatically.

"Why did you not go inside? In fact, why are we in the forest?" His tone was baritone but I could feel the anger steaming from him. He looked so calm and collected though.

My eyes traveled down his body, then back up and stopped on his chest. It was so mesmerizing... I'm not quite sure why. Slowly my hand started moving without any thought, I placed my hand on his chest.

His gaze narrowed and he grabbed my hand, pushing it away.

"We are going back, now. I'll get her." Steele nodded towards me and the others walked off.

When they were gone he pushed me against a tree.

"Don't you dare disrespect me in front of my pack. Ever! Do you understand?" He yelled at me.

I closed my eyes when spit flew on my face.

"Yeah, yeah I get it. But you'll have to learn to turn the other ass cheek because I'm not a baby and I'm not going to be bossed around!" I yelled back.

I brought my hand up to my face and wiped his spit from under my eye.

"Back off, assbutt." I growled and he snarled in my face, getting really close.

"No! You are a part of my pack now! I don't care how you acted in your other pack but in this one you follow by my rules!" Spit went flying in my face again.

I wiped it away again. I tried to push past Steele but he grabbed my wrist.

"Ow! You know, that hurts. That's no way to treat a lady let alone your mate." I snapped.

"I don't care if your a lady or my mate! You are a part of my pack and I can do what I want and no one will question me." I pulled my hand from his grip.

I rubbed it trying to make the pain go away. Steele left a large red handprint across my wrist.

"Check again because I will question you and do something about it. I don't care if you are the damn alpha. If I don't like it I will say something." I shifted and bolted through the woods. Paws were catching up with me. This time just one was chasing me. I reached the edge of the woods and stopped. I shifted back to human and looked back down at my wrist.

It still hurt but the redness was fading slowly.
The paws chasing me stopped behind me.

"Would you stop following me you fucking assbutt!" I turned around expecting to face Steele. I stood there shocked at who I saw.

Jesse stood there leaning up against a tree.

"Well, I thought you would have wanted to see me, but I guess I'll leave then." He smirked and started to turn slowly.

"No, Jesse wait! I didn't mean you!" I ran into his arms.

"I know." he picked me up off the ground into a hug then spun me around in circles.

He sat me back down in the ground. I stood up on my tip toes and planted a dazed kiss on his lips.

I took a step back and looked into his eyes.

"What are you doing here?"

"Did you really think I was going to let you leave without telling me or your brother bye?"

"My brother is here too?" Jesse put him arm around me and led me behind some trees.

My brother was crouched behind some underbrush holding a pair of clothes.

He stood up when Jesse and I came around the corner. I ran into his arms. I buried my head in his large chest.

"Please take me back home. Ian please." I begged my brother.

"You know I want to but I can't. Here, I brought some clothes." He kissed the top of my head then handed me the shirt and jeans. I slipped them on and gave him a quick 'thank you.'

"I know but I really don't want to be here." I huffed and stomped my feet in a pouting way.

"I know, Allie. I know." He stroked my frizzy hair trying to calm me down.

Heavy footsteps were coming. I gave my brother on last big hug.

"You guys have to go before they find you." I said during my hug with Ian.

I walked over to Jesse and gave him one last kiss.

"Bye." I waved. Within that few seconds they were gone. The footsteps came across the clearing.

"Alpha has demanded for your presence." The man stated when he found me.

"I don't want to deal with that goddamn asshole." I rolled my eyes. Before I could say anything else the man took my wrist and started dragging me out of the woods and into the house.

"Let go of me you damn assbutt!" I tried to pull my hand away but he tightened his grip.

He pulled me into a large room. Me, the man, and Steele were the only people in the room.

"Leave us, now!" Steele's baritone voice boomed across the room. He man bowed and left the room closing the door behind him.

"You know,two things. First, you want to talk to me you don't have to send some man servant to find me, you can. Second, you could learn some damn manners." I snapped.

"You will stop talking back and with the cussing! You will listen to me no matter what it takes." He walked up to me and got up in my face.

"No! I am my own person I don't need some asshole bossing me around! I will speak up about the things I believe in. You can't change that so you should stop right now because what ever you think you're going to receive I can tell you now that you're not! So just stop bossing me around and let me leave!" I yelled and pushed him away.

He grabbed my shoulder and threw me across the room. I hit my head on the steel door. Something oozed from my head then I blacked out.
