"Don't have too much fun while I'm gone" Hadley says gathering her bags
"I'm going to miss you" I say hugging her
"It's a short project. It will only be for a month" she says and I give her an assuring smile.
Hadley is off to Atlanta for a month to work on a new role in an upcoming movie she's doing.
We bid our goodbyes and she's off to her cab.
"My mother wants to have dinner tonight" hero says holding my waist
Hero's mother has been here for a month now. She doesn't know when she wants to return back home, her excuse is that she is taking time away from home to spend more time with hero.
Hero thinks it's something deeper, maybe his parents aren't doing so great.
"That sounds nice, of course we can do dinner" I say
"Shes been at my place for a month now. We never get time alone because she's always wondering when I'm going to be home. I don't know how much longer I can do it" he says and I giggle.
I guide him to the couch and straddle his waist.
"She just wants to spend time with you. She's your mother" I say unbuttoning his shirt.
"I know and I love that she's here. I just need some privacy at times" he says and I kiss along his jawline.
He's paying no mind to me so I move my lips to his neck.
"She doesn't know when she wants to go home, what does that even mean" he says and I sigh
"Hero" I say placing my hands on his chest.
"Are you going to keep complaining about not having privacy or enjoy the privacy we have" I say and he leans up and kisses me.
My hands travel to his pants and quickly unbutton his jeans. I pull the zipper down and feel him but before we can go any further, the front door opens and it's Hadley.
"I forgot my-..." she says and stops herself at the sight of us.
Hero and I break away and I lay myself on the couch and close my eyes.
"I'm sorry had" I tell her
"Don't worry about it. I should have knocked" she says, quickly grabbing her things and leaving.
I turn to hero as she closes the door.
"Why is it always us" I say and hero lays with me
