*after few months of planning and occular inspection, we are now meeting the President for the final draft of MRT 9 project.. this project will be a big resposibility for our company, Sarah made sure that this project will succeed no matter what happen.. malaking responsibilidad ng company ang project na to..*

President: so final na lahat..? loosen up guys, alam kong kaya nyo to, besides your company has its own reputation by building lots of project and A+ rating this past years..

Tanch: ofcourse sir, we are confident that we will finish this ahead of time and making sure the quality of the structure..

Sarah: gusto ko lang sana masigurado sir na ready na ang mga tao sa depress area bago sila paalisin sa nakasanayan nilang lugar.. ilang taon na din silang nakatira don at hindi madali para sakanila na basta2 na lang sila aalis para sa project na to..

President: what do you mean..?

Sarah: i was planning to hire some of them, ng sa ganon they have a job.. we all know na hindi sila skilled workers but come to think of it, kung papaalisin natin sila dapat may trabaho tayong ibibigay sakanila, bahay na masisilungan.. alam kong meron pa tayong housing relocation somewhere in south, baka pwedeng ma prioritize yung family nila and all the mens that can work we will hire them..

Tanch: that can cause a bigger risk Engineer Garcia, we cant hire unskilled workers on this project..

Sarah: i mean what i say, we cant just push them away architect Garcia, may buhay sila dito bago itayo ang project na to, and kung tayo ang nasa position nila hindi din tayo papayag na basta na lang tayo papaalisin ng walang siguradong trabaho ang mag hihintay satin.. pag isipan nyong mabuti yong proposal ko..

Tanch: im sorry, but my stand will still its a no for me..

President: easy Garcia's hindi nyo kaylangan pag talunan ang bagay na to, i get your point Sarah, but your wife here has a point also..

Sarah: i know sir.. kaya nga sinasabi ko to sainyo para pag isipan natin.. not the other way around..

Tanch: i sincerely understand you Engr. but come to think of it, kung hindi skilled workers ang kukunin natin malalagay sa alanganin ang project, iba ang pag gawa ng maliit na bahay sa pag gawa ng train station.. besides base on my experience working on GCC we only hire skilled workers..

Sarah: and i will change that habit.. kaya nilang matuto kung gusto nila..

Sue: i think we should call this meeting.. mas mabuti pa siguro na sa ibang araw natin to pag usapan since we still have 2 months before the ground breaking ceremony..

President: you're right Atty Del Fierro.. we should call this meeting done mrs. Garcia..

Sarah: Thank you sir..

Tanch: im sorry for what happened.. its just that we cant make what you're thinking Love.. its a big risk kung matutuloy yung gusto mo..

Sarah: i know.. kaya nga i am looking for an answer from you..
