Chapter 27

Ishaan had hired some people to arrange for a party on the beach and everyone started retiring to their rooms to rest for some time before getting ready.

Nandini and Navya entered their room followed by Cabir and saw Manik still sleeping.

"He must be very tired.",Navya said and they nodded not disturbing him.

Nandini removed her shoes and sat on the bed leaning on the headrest while Cabir and Navya sat by the edge making sure not to wake him up.

They talked for a while and Nandini yawned quite a few times.

"I don't think I have the energy to party but then I also don't want to stay in my room.",Nandini said with a tired sleepy voice and they gave a smile in understanding.

" Lay down for a while. There's still time till we start getting ready.",Navya said and she nodded liking the idea of closing her eyes. It took lot of her willpower to keep them open.

" Cutie you rest for a while. We will be back soon.",Cabir said getting up and taking Navya's hand in his.

" Do I want to know what you guys are upto?",She asked smiling raising her eyebrows at him as she opened her eyes a little.

" You shouldn't. It's not good for your virgin ears.",Cabir said as he kissed her head and she smiled at him.

Navya gave her a hug which she retured happily.

"Have a nice time doing whatever you are doing.",She said trying to get comfortable and Cabir smirked.

" You bet we will.", Cabir said and they left the room slowly.

She fluffed the pillows as she closed her eyes leaning on the head rest still half seated on the bed.

"Just for a while.",She murmured to herself as she felt herself falling asleep.

Manik felt hairs over his face and removed them with his eyes still closed.

He felt them again after a while and pushed them away irritated turning his face the other side and slept again.

This time he felt hairs on his neck and tried to push it away.

"Umm",Nandini groaned as he pulled her hairs and he opened his eyes and turns back as he lifts himself up a little with his elbow and stared at her in the bed.

Nandini was sleeping in an awkward position. She had slipped from her seating position leaning against the headrest and fell on the bed.

Her head was on the edge of Manik's pillow and her hair spread out as they flew everywhere.

He looked at her confused at what she is doing in his room and why she is sleeping like that before realising he slept in their room.

Feeling guilty for taking up the whole bed in her own room and making her sleep like that. He got up and tried to make her sleep properly.

He shifted her to make her sleep straight and sighed in relief seeing she didn't wake up.

She turned in her sleep and smiled as she lied down where Manik was sleeping a while ago.

"It's cold.",She whispered lightly in her sleep before snuggling a little.

Her actions made Manik smile.

He took the blanket and covered her with them properly.

His eyes falls on the flowers on the vase and a smile formed on his face as he walked out slowly towards his room.

He knocked on the door instead of going in guessing Cabir and Navya to be there.

He was setting his messy hair from the sleep as Cabir opened the door and let him in.
