~George's P.O.V~

Sleep, sleep, sleep and sleep. That is an omega in post-heat. It was finally over, my heat, but I was completely out of energy. Clay woke me up now and then, but other than that, he let me sleep. He never left my side.

Thank god for it finally being over. That was the worst thing that had ever happened to me.

"Clay?" I let out a yawn, slowly standing up and stretching my stiff muscles. He looked up, catching my eyes.

Clay watched with caution. I quickly shifted to my human form, almost tripping due to the fact I now had two legs. Clay got up, shifting as well. He steadied me, making sure I was stable and balanced.

"You okay there?" I let out a slight chuckle. Human... Finally.

"God, it has been a hot minute sinse I have been human." Clay smiled, now streatching as well. I took him into an embrace as he had his arms up. He wrapped his arms around me. I took in the alpha's scent.

"I'm glad your back, George." Dream rubbed my back, making me smile. I held him close, pulling back slowly.

"Clay?" He hummed in response.

I let out a deep sigh, preparing myself.

"Clay... Kiss me... Please." I cringed at how beggy it sounded.

He seemed slightly shocked but he pulled me close. We glared into each-others eyes for a moment, until the alpha leaned in. My eyes fluttered close, though, I had no clue what I was doing. He did.

He wrapped his hands around me. I felt warm in his grasp. He slowly laid his lips on mine, closing his eyes with surprising gentleness.

We pulled back with a blushing smile.

"I love you, Clay..." I spoke, nervously.

He grabbed my hand. "I love you too, George."

At that moment it was me and him, genuinely happy. Never in my life would I think I would be happy with a mate. Or happy as a claimed omega.

I heard a knock on the door, Clay quickly went to answer it, shaking the blush from his cheeks. "Hey, is George here?" I knew that voice.

"DARRYL!" I ran to my friend, taking him into an embrace.

"How are you feeling?" Darryl asks. I smile at him, "I'm Better." He noticed my mark quite quickly. "A mate mark?"

"Yeah..." I smiled. The beta jumped up and down with joy. "I'm happy for you, George! Good job!" I was glad that Darryl was okay with it.

Finally being able to hang out with Darryl was amazing. Dream watched from a distance, grumbling every once in a while. The visit didn't change the fact that Dream was still very possessive over me. That would never change.

"Dream, come say hi. Darryl's my best friend." Much to Dream's dismay, he approached the group, holding out his hand for the beta.

Darryl took his hand happily. "It's nice to properly meet you, Dream!" Dream smiled slightly before backing up.
