~George's P.O.V~

(Both human form)

The nightmares came in waves. All the flashbacks. What his father did to me. What Clay did to others. Delilah... There was so much going on in my mind...

I knew Clay would never forcefully mate me, but it didn't change the fact that he could if he wanted. That if provoked, he could. He did it to Delilah, didn't he? Forced her to have pups, then killed it once it was finally born.

Imagine what Clay would have done if I let out a single peep during yesterday's events. He had never done anything to me but to claim me and make sure I smelt strictly like him.

All he said to his father was lies. He never touched me the wrong way, never crossed the lines drawn by me. I meant more to him then the need to breed, the need to continue his father's legacy.

He had control when even I didn't. I did push him, I knew I did but he still had control. He snapped out of it as soon as I told him to.

He told me not to touch his scent gland, and I didn't listen. Would I still have messed with it after hearing the events that would occur?

He loves me enough to hold himself back, even when I was nagging him on. That's something I never thought alphas were capable of.

The other alphas we're not Clay. No one could be like Clay.

"George?" Clay snapped me out of my entrancing thoughts. I gave him a slight smile, confirming that I was okay. "George..." I looked up at him, catching his emerald green eyes.

"Do you ever want to have pups with me?" I was stunned by the question. I didn't know how to react.

Did I really want pups? I always told myself I would never breed with a alpha, even after I learned about the Winter Leaf. I believed that, but this isn't any alpha, it's my alpha. My Clay.

"Yes... I would like to have pups with you," I paused but quickly started again, "But only when I'm ready..." He nodded, smiling. I could tell he was holding back his excitement.

I knew my next heat would be ten times harder for both of us. When that time comes, I will breed with Dream... Even if I'm scared... I want this, even though it would hurt. I need this. I need Clay. I need his pups and only his.

I got up, going to cook us breakfast like a good omega. I made a nice plate of eggs and bacon and put it on the table for Clay. Clay smiled, digging in.

"How's Delilah?" He stopped chewing, looking at me. "It doesn't matter how she is." His quick response and monotone voice made me nervous.

What was he hiding from me? "Clay? Are you hiding something from me?" He sighed, putting down his silverware that was still covered in egg.

"Follow me," He sighed, standing up. I followed, my stomach uneasy. He grabbed a key off a key hook.

We arrived to a old door that I didn't even know existed. He opened the door to a basement, walking down the steps.

When we arrived to a metal cell door, I was instantly worried. He opened it with one of the keys. I followed him into a room, cells lined the walls.
