So, the story is of a Female Harry, Hailey. Everything that happened to Harry in the 7 books happened to Hailey instead of Harry.
Minister Kingsley Shacklebolt finds a time-turner and so Hailey goes back in time to correct all the wrongs and defeat Voldemort without costing the light side so much.
