It was cold, colder then normal which was odd since for the past few days Candy Island was rather warm and relaxing. But, no surprise. Perospero was used to the weather changing from being nice and warm to freezing cold.

Of course, he knew that you weren't used to it so he decied to go and ask Smoothie if you could borrow one of her sweaters, if not then he'd probably ask- or force someone to make clothes that were comfortable enough for you.

So, while he was doing that, you started searching for something that could keep you warm. Weither it was a blanket, extra shirt, sweater. Letting out a small whine when you couldn't find anything, but that wasn't gonna stop you! At this point you'd do almost anything for warmth.

So, you kept looking around, tearing apart almost anything in the room to find something.

'' Damn it! '' A small whine echoed throughout the medium-sized house, Perospero had you stay at whenever he'd deal with family stuff.

'' I can't find anything! " You mumbled while leaning agaisnt the rather cold wall, which wasn't helping with the current problem.

After a few minutes, you had noticed something in the corner of your eyes. It was a bright yellow jacket, with candy like buttons along with a orange and white checkered pattern on the bottom. A small smile made It's way to your lips as you quickly scurried towards the jacket.

Carefully placing your hands on the side of the jacket, you then let out a small grunt while struggling to drape the large material over you. Letting out a hum of satisfaction once you were greeted with the warmth of the jacket. Along with the strong smell of candy.

Sitting down in the corner as you cuddled into the jacket, a few minutes had passed by and you were fast asleep, completely forgetting about Perospero who should be getting back soon.

The male said a small thank you as he held some of Smoothie and Katakuri's scarfs that they loved to wear so much. He then made his way back to your house, on his way back a few people had stopped and watched the oldest child of Big mom's.

Of course he ignored them, since he had more important things to do.

Like taking care of you, after a few minutes. Perospero had returned, opening the door, he then leaned down and entered the house, carefully putting scarfs aside.

He then looked around for you, but once he saw no sign of you he tried not to panic.

" (Y/N)?! " The male called out while searching the house again, you let out a small whine as you slowly started to wake up. Smiling softly once you saw that Perospero was back.

" Yay! Your back. " You said, with a small giggle, the male turned his attention over you as he sighed softly, happy that you weren't hurt.

" (Y/N) I brought some stuff back so you can- Is that my jacket ? " Perospero stopped mid-sentence as he looked down at your smaller figure which was still covered in the rather large and comfortable jacket.

" Uh...no " You said, pouting slightly as you held onto the jacket, not wanting to give it up.

Perospero let out a small chuckle as he sat across from you. " Did you take it, while I was gone ? " He asked, already knowing your answer. He just wanted to tease you.

" You were taking way too long! And this was the only thing I could find. " You whined softly.

" Well, I suppose you can keep it for the moment. " He said as your eyes lit up, " That you look cute in my stuff. " He added on before smiling softly.
