Catradora: What Went Wrong

Adora's POV~

After what we did in the kitchen we didn't really talk for the next week. We would hang out together in the living room and watch TV, but that was about it.

"I have dinner ready Adora, you want some?" She peeked at me while reaching up to get some plates to know if she should get one or two.

"Yea, what did you make? It smells good." I wasn't lying, it smelled really good. Like sage, or tyme, or rosemary. I haven't got a clue, I don't cook, but it still smelled good. She got out two plates and quickly placed the food on them. I met her half way to the table and took the plate she offered to me.

"Uh, Catra," I stated after sitting down, "We don't have any utensils." She looked at me for a few seconds before it dawned on her what I meant.

"Oh fuck-" She ran to the kitchen and brought back two knives and forks. "Sorry, I can't believe that I forgot those." We finished eating in silence and I took the plates back to the kitchen after playfully fighting with her about who was going to do the dishes. I won because she made the food, so I would take care of cleaning up.

After I finished I saw that she was sitting on the couch scrolling through random shows on Netflix. Wait, Netflix? Our tv didn't support that.

"How'd you get netflix, our tv sucks."

"My sister stopped by yesterday to drop off my birthday present." Hold up, her BIRTHDAY?! Why didn't I know about this.

"Uh, when was your birthday? I'm only asking for a friend."

"Oh, this is a different kind of birthday, I was born in August," she looked ashamed as she said it.

"Then why did she drop off a birthday present?"

"Uh, because a few years ago, yesterday was the day I came out publicly..."

"Oh-"

"It isn't a big deal, so what do you want to watch?"

"Idk, uh Inception looks good." I took the controller away from her and pushed play on the movie starring Leonardo DiCaprio. I rested my head on her shoulder as we watched the movie.

Catra's POV~

I absolutely loved this movie, I rented it many times before it came to Netflix just to listen to the soundtrack. Adora's breathing slowed halfway through the movie and I knew she fell asleep. As soon as the movie finished, I pondered whether I should take her to her room or just let her sleep on the couch. The couch, that way I won't wake her when I move her to her room. Plus, she is slightly taller and bigger than me.

I moved slowly out from under her, guiding her head towards a pillow. I ran into my room to grab a blanket. I had a lot of them on the mattress I didn't use. I had a little nest of pillows and blankets in the middle of the floor, despite the fact that I had constructed it my first day in the dorm, it was incredibly clean. I did wash the blankets every week though...so that might be a part of it. I grabbed one of the unused blankets from on top of the mattress to bring it to the sleeping girl on the couch.

I slowly draped it over her and slowly tip toed away back into my room to sleep. I grabbed some clothes and went over to the bathroom to clean up before bed. I cleaned my teeth, my face, and made my fur, overall, presentable. I walked out of the bathroom and headed over to my room as quietly as I could. It wasn't all too hard. I threw my clothes into the hamper I kept by the door and crawled into my little nest.

*BANG BANG BANG*

Wtf... was someone knocking on my door?

*BANG BANG BANG*

"Wildcat? Are you in there?" Scorpia? What was she doing here?

"Hmph. What?"

"Can I come in?"

"Hmph." She took that as a yes because the door opened and in she strolled.

"Hey wildcat." She looked down at me, right before she decided to yank me up out of the semi-sleep I had drifted back into.

"I'm up, I'm up. Jeez." I stretched my arms upward as I yawned.

"It's about time you got up, come on, get dressed and we'll go to class. And then afterwards...we'll do something fun!"

"Huh, why?" I could barely comprehend what was happening, it was still too early. "What time is it?"

"It's 7:15."

"Ugh, no, five more minutes," I said as I started to slump back into my bed.

"Nope." She grabbed me and shoved me out the door and towards the bathroom. "I'll leave some clothes outside the door for you to use."

Fuck, why. And why didn't I hear my alarm? Let alone hear Adora's? She usually has her's very loud and then turns on music. Ugh, might as well get ready for the day then. I opened the door to the bathroom and was met by a naked Adora. We both just kind of stood there looking at each other for a good five seconds before it dawned on me that I was being a creep. I could feel my neck getting warmer as I slammed the door and ran back into my room.

"You okay?"

"No, I just saw my roommate naked."

"Wait, what? What did you do Catra?" I did nothing, this was all Scorpia's fault, making me get up this early.

"I walked in the bathroom, and there she was." 

Little more spice. I'm sick right now and didn't really know what to write, so this is more of a filler part, so sorry if you felt that this wasn't up to par, cause let's be honest, it wasn't. Anywho, I hope you enjoyed it. Peace!!
