"okay, one, for someone with a sweet sounding name, you're mean. two, that was so offensive. and three, what the hell is a dickwaud?" the offended brunet asked. stiles and scott had approached the parker child during lunch. they found her sitting alone at a table outside, finishing assignments she had for her needed classes.
stiles had been insistent that mariana and her family's move had been too coincidental to be an actual coincidence. after the conversation they had with argent, stiles was sure this family was trouble.
YESTERDAY AFTERNOON
stiles watched as mariana made her way out of the class with her parents, immediately running up to argents alongside lydia. "you know her and her dad?" he asked chris argent in shock.
"i don't know her, but i know her dad. his name is kai parker, i met him while i was hunting in new orleans. he's a terrible man who has done terrible things"
"i bet the apple doesnt fall far from the tree" the argent's daughter scoffed."i wouldn't be surprised if she was just like him or worse. we already have enough supernatural problems as it is"
"scott mentioned her having some sort of scent early today" he explained to the man.
"kai parker and his wife, elaina, are witches"
"witches?" stiles repeated, unconvinced. "like-like broom and potions and shit?"
"don't underestimate them stiles, witches are nothing to play with. they have power that not even werewolves couldn't fight against. vampires, witches, and werewolves are natural enemies. it'd be best to keep an eye out on that girl. who knows what her and her family have planned."
