Severus
"Stop telling me everything's going to be fine!"
"Harry, calm down-"
"NO! Nothing is fine! Nothing! Because in case you haven't noticed for whatever reason, you could be sent to AZKABAN PRISON!!!" He slumps into a chair, glaring at me. "Nothing is okay."
"How much sleep did you get?"
"Enough."
"What's wrong?" I sit on the coffee table so I can face him. "I'm not going anywhere, you know that."
"No. No, I don't. We don't know anything," he mutters. "The government is so fucked up, and if they want they'll throw you in Azkaban. They did it before, didn't they?"
He rubs his eyes and yawns. I was right, he's exhausted. I doubt he's slept much the past few days. I sure haven't.
"You're exhausted," I say. "You're going to bed."
"I'm not tired! I have homework," he tries to argue.
I shake my head. "Doesn't matter. Health comes first."
"But-"
"Bed. Now. We'll talk more after you've had some sleep." He stands and makes his way to the entrance of my quarters. "Nope."
"You said sleep."
"And you won't sleep if you're in your dorm, I'm not an idiot, thanks."
He yawns again. "Where do I sleep then?"
"Come on." I bring him to the spare bedroom. "Now go to sleep."
He flops face first on the bed, not bothering to take off his glasses or his shoes.
"Harry?" Nothing. "Hare. You need to take off your glasses."
Again, nothing.
"Fine." He's out cold.
And he said he wasn't tired.
I carefully take off his shoes, move him so he's lying on his back, and take off his glasses. I cover him with the duvet, then go to the sitting room. I start writing a small note, telling him I'll be in the wolf and dog's quarters and he can come get me when he wakes up. I tape it on the door to the bedroom, and make my way to their quarters.
"Open sesame," I say, bored. Of course, Sirius would make that the bloody password. The portrait swings open, and I walk in.
"Severus?"
"Hello, Remus. Where's the dog?"
"I'm right here, Snivellus!!" He flings himself onto Remus and kisses all over his cheek. "What?"
"Oh, Merlin, please stop..." I groan when Sirius sits in his husbands lap.
"Not a big fan of P.D.A., Severus?"
"Usually I don't care, but you go over the top. anyway, that isn't what I'm here to talk about. I'm here to talk about Harry."
"What's wrong?" All the playfulness leaves his voice. "Is he hurt?"
"Not physically, no. The upcoming trial is... hard."
"How so?"
I let out a sigh. "I don't know when he last slept. He hates pretty much everything and everyone."
"Where is he?" Remus questions. "Sleeping?"
I nod. "I made him take a nap. He was out before he even took off his shoes or glasses."
