Hope's P.O.V
So, the whole reason I was letting the girls come over was because we were going to see our favourite band play, Five Seconds Of Summer, Skie had introduced Riley and I to them, but we didn't know the members names or what they looked like. Skie was whispering to Riley, may I add she is a really bad whisperer, when i heard Calum's name in the mix. "what about Calum?" both of their heads popped up like a dog when it sees a nearby squirrel,and I almost couldn't contain my laughter. "oh nothing" Riley said. You could always tell when they were lying because they would always say 'oh nothing' or 'what are you talking about' and so I knew this was a giant fib "I know that you're lying to me. tell the truth guys.""um, fine" Skie said, sounding defeated in a time of war. " so you know how Calum was really sweet and all that right? andI know that you had a bad experience with your abduction, but Calum is in 5sos and he is known for his one night stands, and we don't want you getting hurt." by the time she was done, my eyes stung at the mention of the abduction.
*flashback*
it had been a year since he took me
into custody, and I was only getting fed about one slice of pizza a day, and he was beating me so much I thought I wouldn't be able to remember anything. Not only was he cruelly beating me, he raped me one or twice too. He never got me pregnant, which was a miracle, but he did use things like whips to beat me and threw chairs at me, about a year and a half after he took me, i got beat so much my whole body was purple.
*end of flashback*
My eyes burned, tears were falling down my face as I ran into my bathroom and closed the door behind me. I looked in the mirror and was horrified my what I saw, in the bathtub, holding his finger to his mouth, stood Calum motioning me to be silent. "what... how did you get in here?' I whisper-yelled to him. "Riley called me and told me to come over because she hacked into your phone while Skie was talking to you. And you were abducted?" "yeah" I said,"he was so cruel. I still have marks from him. I was 14 when he took me. I will never forget the day he raped me though, and that's why my friends are always so protective over me, especially when it comes to guys."
