I walked into a small coffee shop because it was new so I thought I would try it out. When I walked up to the counter to order, I felt like someone was staring at me. 'It's probably nothing' I thought so I brushed it off, as they handed me my coffee I started to turn around and walk out when a guy came up to me. "Hi I'm Calum" he said smile spread across his adorable face. "I'm Hope' I said with a confident voice. "Can I have your number, because I lost mine." he said as he broke the silence between us. I giggled and shook my head as he started to say "no, seriously." To be honest, he was really attractive and I guess I started to stare into his eyes because he started to laugh. "what?" I said, "I really need your number. We can keep in touch."
"Sure, I'll call you tonight." I said as we exchanged numbers.
He yelled to me and said "I hope we can see each other again." *Later That Day* So when I got back to my apartment, my friends Skie and Riley were already there because i called them over and they had a house key. As usual, they were raiding my fridge because I always had leftover food from the night before. "OMG spaghetti is my favourite!!" Skie yelled at the top of her lungs as Riley elbowed her in the rib cage. I must have had an idiot grin on my face because Riley and Skie started 'oohing' and 'aahing' like they do when they know I have a crush. I sat down on the couch and they were asking me questions like police officers.I refused to tell them anything so they started to tickle my sides so I finally gave in and told them everything about Calum and how adorable I thought he was. They got so exited and I couldn't put into words how crazy i thought they were being about all of this. They were going to drive me absolutely INSANE about this. "So, did you get his number?" Riley asked. I blushed. "YOU DID!!" Riley screamed at the top her lungs as Skie spit out her Coke all over Riley in a pit of laughter. " shut up you guys you aren't going to help anything." I saaid literally trying to contain my screams inside of my body I was so happy. Little did I knot that this boy was not what I expected AT.ALL.
