Chapter 3: Meeting The Trolls

Before KayKay starts her day, a little rainbow-like portal appears on the bed dressing table. Without thinking like an average person would do, she decides to go check it if it's real or not. She went in close for a closer look, the portal looks like it just came out from a cartoon movie or something. KayKay then sticks her finger in and it felt like it was making it disappear. After a few more minutes of waiting, she eventually gives up and starts to walk until she hears some voices.

"What? This place again?!" "Uh, dude? Are you alright? You have a little scratch right there on your leg." "It's fine! I can walk it off." "Walk it off? You are literally limping throughout the ride." She slowly turns around and sees some familiar faces. Then it clicked in her head... 'It's them!' She thought as she stood there completely still. When one with the red mohawk turned around, her eyes widened and froze on the spot.

The other trolls notice then have the same reaction. Silence was between them as they continued to stare at each other. KayKay then noticed a scratch on the blue pop troll's ankle and went off to the medical kit while the trolls just stood there, trying to figure out what she's doing. After she got the kit, she signaled the blue pop troll to come. He denies at first but he looks at the med kit then at her. He slightly went towards her a bit then sat down and put up his ankle.

She pulls out a bandage and scissors, then she cuts the piece to a perfect size to cover up the wound. After KayKay was done, she noticed that the trolls were staring at her in shock and disbelief, so she decided to break the silence. "Um..what's with the looks?" She asked. "Nothing, it's just that...ever since we came to this world, those other human giants have been treating us very terribly. What's your name?" The pink troll asked

"Well, my name is KayKay. I'm kinda well-known in Hollywood and I make music." She introduced. "Are you sure? Because I've been hearing that name around the streets as we're escaping some crazy scientist who wanted to kill for his "honor"." The techno troll said. "Yeah, we'll, I'm very popular around here. Anyways, what are you guy's names." KayKay asked, acting like she doesn't know them. "Oh, right! I'm Queen Poppy of Pop trolls and this is my love, Branch and these two are best friends, Queen Barb of the rock trolls and King Trollex of the techno trolls." She introduced.

"Hi, hi, hi, hi! So, you guys were escaping some crazy scientist that was trying to kill you?" KayKay asked. "You better believe it. That guy is more crazy than one of my concerts." Barb said. "But nobody out crazes the rock!" "Heh, yeah. Anyways, uh, Branch, was it? How your ankle feeling?" She asked. "Well, it still kinda hurts a bit but it's getting better now. I have a question for you: Why did you help me?" Branch asked.

"Well, why wouldn't I help you? You were limping in pain and looked like you've been through enough. So, that's why." She smiled and he smiled back. "Speaking of which, didn't you guys just come out of a portal minutes ago?" KayKay asked. "Oh, right! We needed to get back home! The others must be worried!" Poppy exclaimed then turned her direction to KayKay. "We love to stay and chat with you but we need to get back to our world. It was nice meeting you though!" She shouted as she jumped through the portal.

"Goodbye." Branch said then he jumped in. "See you later!" Barb said before she jumps in too but before Trollex can go into the portal, he looks at KayKay. "Thank you for helping us and I hope we can meet each other again in the future." He said, KayKay felt her face warm with gratitude but she said "You're welcome and same to you." He waved one more before he went through the portal. While KayKay stood there in shock and speechless after what just happened.

After a few short minutes of staying still, she immediately starts squealing and jumping with energy and excitement. "I can't believe that they're real! I can't believe it! So, that news report from yesterday wasn't lying, I'm blessed!" KayKay shouted. 'And I can't believe that Trollex is real too!' She thought. She stood up but after she showered and put on some new clothes, she suddenly felt something was pulling her into holding her body in place.

"What the..." KayKay whispers then she turns around and sees the wormhole but it's in a bigger size just for her to get in. She tries to get out from its force but no matter how much strength she put in, it was no use. Then she accidentally slips on something that made her trip and gets sick into the portal. She screams in fear, not knowing where the journey might take her. Throughout the ride, some book suddenly appear into her arms, which made her confused.

Then it was over when she landed onto the hard ground and then passed out. But before she blackouts, she hears someone saying her name, muffled...

"KayKay?"
