Chapter 6: The Transformation

Silence fills the pod and everyone just froze as the sentence "I'm the lost child of the ancestor?" went around their head. "That...That can't be true. If it is, how could you be alive right now? Not to be rude but our ancestors were way back before this happened." Barb said. "You know what? I'm sorry for being this up to everyone. So, I'm just gonna take a walk around the place. I'll see y'all later." KayKay said. "Wait! But-!" She felt someone put their hand on her shoulder.

She turned around and saw Branch with a concerned expression. "Just let her be, Poppy. She's going through a lot right now." He said as he comforted her. "*sighs* Okay." Meanwhile, KayKay was wandering around Trollstopia, thinking that she could be the one. The missing child from all those years ago? The nonsense continues to mess with her mind, not knowing that she's about to be eaten by a giant plant creature.

When she notices and realizes it was too late, a figure pushes her out to the way before the plant could even eat her then it goes away. "Are you okay, KayKay?" They asked. "Yeah, I'm good. What about you-?" When she opened her eyes, she felt her heart skip a beat. The one who saved her was Trollex. 'Please tell me that this is a dream!' She thought as the two continued to stare at each other until they heard a certain voice.

"So, are you two gonna kiss or what?" They look up and see TBDB or Beat looking at them with a smirk. They realized it then immediately helped each other up while blushing a bit. "Um, thank you for saving me and do you want to tell me who's your friend here?" KayKay asked. "*sighs* Your Welcome and this is my long best friend, TBDB or you can be him for short." Trollex said. "Oh, so, you're that friend that Trollex has been talking about and helping him with his party raves." She said,

"Yeah, that's me! And I think I know who you are." Beat said. "I know what you're gonna say. I'm that human who strangely got into your world and has some weird mystery." KayKay said. "No. I mean, I've heard about the missing trolling from a few years before we came here but I think you're Trollex's future girlfriend.~" He teased then burst out of laughter. While KayKay looked confused and blushing slightly, Trollex was glaring at his best friend as his face turned lime green.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa! There's no way that the king of techno would love to have me as his girlfriend?" KayKay said but on the inside, she mentally facepalms and thought 'Why did I say that? It's not like I can instantly tell him my real feelings. I'll just tell him when the time comes.' "Yeah, she's right, Beat. We're just friends and that's all." Trollex said. 'There's no way that I can tell her my feelings towards her. She deserves someone better.' He thought.

"Come on! I know my Trollex for my life now and I know that he's gonna have a future girl-" Trollex quickly covers his mouth before he says anything else. "Okay! We get it, Beat!" He exclaimed but his friend continued to tease. KayKay chuckled a bit at the two amusements, then she saw the lagoon across from her and them. She walks to it closely to get a better look at it. The lagoon looks pretty normal like the others but for some reason, KayKay felt like this one is different.

She walks towards the edge of it then looks at her reflection but instead of looking like a human, her reflection looks like her troll Oc. She stares at it for a while until the reflection moves along with her. "What the...?" KayKay whispered underneath her breath. She didn't think much about it but when she gets up and accidentally slips on something that made her fall into the water, it suddenly starts to glow for a moment then it fades away.

"KayKay! Where are you? I know that Beat can be a bit teasing but he's a cool guy, I swear!" Trollex exclaimed but no response. "Yeah and by that, I meant, that you guys will be together somewhere in future." Beat whispered. "What was that?" "Nothing!" "KayKay? Are you out here?" He called out but again no answer. Then someone unexpectedly jumps out of the lagoon, scaring the techno king a bit. "I swear, I've got to watch where I step or something." They said, "Um, excuse me? Are you okay." He asked.

"Um, Trollex? What are you talking about? It's me, KayKay." She said, The two were about to say something else but he notices the same necklace around her neck. "Wait...KayKay?" Trollex asked again. "Yes, of course, it's me but why did you give me that look- '' She noticed the color of her skin and it was light purple, teal, pink and yellow and realized that instead of standing, she's floating with fins. KayKay's eyes widened then quickly turned back to the lagoon to see her reflection.

"KayKay, wait! Wait, don't-" She went over to the lagoon and saw a reflection, she slightly gasped and froze on the spot. "Okay, KayKay, I know you're scared or freaked out right but-" "No." He stops and looks at her, she slowly faces her direction to Trollex then a smile slowly forms on her face. "This is my home." KayKay whispered. "You're what?" He asked. "This is my home! I remember now! My egg was the one who got sucked into the wormhole and ended up in the real world!" She exclaimed as she began to jump excitedly.

"And it was all because you guys found me, instead of me finding my home! Thank you!" KayKay exclaimed before she tackled Trollex into a tight hug. He gets surprised and his eyes widened but he hugs KayKay back with a smile. But the moment was ruined until they heard a flash in the bushes. They quickly pull away and see Beat with the picture and the camera. "*laughs* I'm going to show this to the others!" He shouted as he quickly floated away.

"Oh, ho! This fish is dead!" KayKay shouted before she chased after him with Trollex following her.?"
