After Tommy clicked on it he saw how much Tubbo was smiling. Tommy was happy and upset at the same time but he knew Toby was not going to be his best friend forever and he knew some day he will need to let go of Tubbo.
I little clear drop came out of his eyes and dropped down his cheek . Wilbur saw Tommy eyes gets watered Wilbur came up to him and sat next to him on the red comfy couch.

Tommy just hugged Wilbur and cried into Wilbur light brown shirt. Phil came into the room and saw that Tommy was crying and hugging Wilbur. Phil mouthed to Wilbur and said if he was ok? Wilbur mouthed back and said that he is upset but he will be okay. Then Phil went upstairs to sleep.Soon after Wilbur heard that Tommy stopped crying he looked down at Tommy and saw that he asleep. Wilbur picked him up and put him in his nice comfy bed in his room and kissed his forehead,Wilbur left Tommy's room and went to go check up on Tubbo. Wilbur saw that Tubbo felled asleep and that he was still live so Wilbur said hi and then ended Tubbo's stream. Wilbur put Tubbo on his bee sheet and kissed his forehead and turned off the light and he left the room. Wilbur Knew he had to check up on Ranboo bc Tubbo was always streaming with him.When Wilbur opened Ranboo's door he saw that Ranboo was asleep on his Crown bed sheet. Wilbur also knew that he Just meet Ranboo but he cared about him. Wilbur kissed Ranboo's forehead and left the room. That is when Wilbur saw Nikki again she was just in the living on her laptop editing Wilbur sat next to Nikki.
Nikki: Oh Hello you must be Wilbur 🙂
Wilbur: Yep hello
Nikki: What are you doing up so late
Wilbur: Well Tommy was having a hard time then I had to put him to bed and I went to go check up on Ranboo and Tubbo.
Nikki: Oh that's kind of you but do you mind me asking why Tommy was having a hard time?
Wilbur: I would tell you but Tommy did not tell me he just cried and hugged me.

Wilbur went upstairs and went to his room and felled asleep.
The next day
Tommy woke up on his bed he was confused how he got there but he did not care he was upset.Toby came into Tommy's room and said it was time for dinner.
Tommy: Wait Toby what time is it?
Tubbo: Well it's 7:30 pm
Tommy: So your saying i slept all day
Tubbo: Well yes

Tommy ate a few then left the dinner table and went upstairs and went to his room and locked himself in his bathroom.

Tommy found some white bandages so he rapped it around his arm but you can see blood stains on it. Tommy left his room and went downstairs.Tommy was very dizzy and everything was blurry.
George: Hey Tommy are you ok?
Right after George said that Tommy felled to the floor and passed out
Everybody heard the huge thud and Ran to Tommy.
Wilbur: Tommy wake up!
Tubbo: Tommy Tommy no nooo come back Tommy 😭
Phil: Come on guys let's go to the hospital
Phil: Sapnap,George watch the others we will be back
Phil then left the house and got in the car with Tubbo and Tommy in Wilbur's arms Phil speed to the hospital.....
