Valkyrae: Love By Mistake

Chapter Seven

6:00 a.m

*Alarm goes off*

It's been a while since you slept more than 8 hours, but it doesn't matter. Today is the day when 3 weeks of planning and a favor will pay off.

Y/n- Everything to see her smile

You got off bed and took a shower, put some nice clothes on nothing too formal but stylish, some cologne and you were ready to go. You were going to surprise her as soon as she wake up but before that you needed to pick up some details you got her.

Before picking them up you drove to the Starbucks to get some coffee, you'll need that caffeine for later. After picking up your black coffee you went to Niki's Bakery for the cupcakes you bought and to Cara's flower shop for those blue hydrangeas that she really likes.

Rae usually wakes up at 8:30 a.m so you had time, you arrived to their house at 7:45 am, you were surprised to see Janet and Poki eating breakfast together that early.

Y/n- Knock Knock

P- Hey Y/n, how is it going?

Y/n- Good, why you're up this early

X- We wanted to be ready to congratulate her really early

P- What about you?

Y/n- I brought her something and wanted to be early too

X- Whats in the box?

Y/n- Cupcakes

X- Thats so sweet

P- Can I try one?

X & Y/n- No!

P- Okay, but don't get mad

X- Do you want to eat something, she won't be getting up in the next half hour

Y/n- You know what, yes

P- Awesome, there's some scramble eggs and bacon

Y/n- Great

You started eating and listening to Poki and Janet, when it was the time she usually wakes up y'all went upstairs and sneak into her room.

Everybody- 🎶Happy birthday to you🎶

R- What? *Yawn*

Rae woke up and sat on her bed, the three of you were singing to her and after finishing it you went to hugh her, she thanked you.

R- I really appreciate it, you guys are amazing, let me change clothes and I will go down to eat breakfast with you

X- Take your time

You left her room, got into the kitchen put some candles in the cupcakes  and got out the flowers, you waited patiently for her to come downstairs, after a couple minutes she came down.

R- Wait guys, this is so cute, thank you

X- Its all on Y/n

P- Yes, he brought it all

R- Awww, thanks Bae

Y/n- For you everything

*Kissed her forehead*

Poki took some photos of both of you and one of Rae with the flowers and the cupcakes.

X- Are you uploading the pictures?

R- The one of me with the flowers and cupcakes yes, but the ones with Y/n I don't know

P- Why? I know he's not the most handsome but you shouldn't be ashamed of dating him, he's a nice guy

R- He's the most handsome guy shut up, but I don't know if he wants to be public or keep it a secret for a while

Y/n-  Its all on you, I'm fine with the world knowing I'm dating this goddess, but if you don't want to, it's okay

R- Lets wait, I enjoy the privacy

Y/n- Good for me

X- So, what are we doing now?

R- I want to go for a walk, go maybe to the park and then we see what we're gonna do

P- OK, let's go

You left for a walk, went to a park near the area played some catches with a ball you found there, sat to talk on the bench and even play in the kids area, you were like kids again. After that you walked to the beach and walked bare foot along the coast, you went back home when it was time to eat, on the way back you bought some food.

It was 2 pm when you arrived home

R- Today has been the best birthday ever so far

X- It will get better

R- What are we doing?

X- Idk, maybe Y/n will think about something

Y/n- I'll think

P- Less thinking and more eating please

You laughed and started eating, you talked for a while after it.

R- The food was really good, what are we doing next

Y/n- I thought about something, but maybe you want to leave the beach outfit and put on some fancy clothes

R- Are we going to a classy restaurant?

Y/n- No, put something comfy, we will be there for a long time

R- Ok, I'll be back

P- You should do the same too

X- Yes ma'am

P- What about you?

Y/n- I brought some spare clothes, so Imma change too

X- Ok, it will be fast

Y/n- We have time, don't worry

Y'all changed clothes, after half an hour you went back to the living room.

R- I'm ready, what are we doing?

Y/n- We have still half an hour, should I told her or we leave it as a surprise

X- Leave it as a surprise

R- Wait, you know where are we going?

X- Of course, we discussed this yesterday

R- Really?!

P- He has planned this day for like 3 weeks

Y/n- Shhh, it's fine

R- Wow, thats too much for me

Y/n- Nothing is too much for you

P- Can we go now?

X- Imane!

P- What? They're spreading honey from being so sweet

Y/n- Fine, we can leave now

R- Are we walking or driving?

X- Driving, it's 25 minutes from here but it might be some traffic

R- Oh yes, Ariana's concert is today

Y/n- Oh really?

R- Yes, I tried to buy some tickets but they were sold out immediately, thats why I didn't plan anything for today

P- What about a party? You like them don't you?

R- I mean yeah, but there's nothing special, we do parties every single weekend

X- You prefere something special
P- But it was worth it, right?

R- Yes, I would never change be with you

P- Even if there was a chance to go to the concert without us?

R- Yes, your my friends

X- Really?

R- Yeah, I would rather spend the time with you than alone

X- Awww

R- Okay, let's go
