Chapter Five

The following weeks were pretty much being at the office, the hospital or at home, until Janet received the medical release. That day you went all four to celebrate to a nice restaurant.

P- So, you two have been weird recently

R- What are you talking about?

X-  I think I know what is it

R- Really?

X- Yes, someone can fake many things but  happiness isn't one of them

P- I'm not understanding

X- You're officially dating

R- Who told you?

P- Are you guys dating and didn't tell me?!

X- His eyes told me, they kept looking at you and that smile is because of you

P- Excuse me, I'm asking a question

Y/n- We actually were gonna tell you tonight

X- Well, two things to celebrate now

R- Yes! Cheers!

P- For love

Y/n- And life

You kept talking about many things until you left the restaurant. You went back to the Rae's house where you watched some Netflix and chilled in the couch. It was past midnight when you decided to go back home, you had work the next day so it was important to shower and get some rest.

R- I'll walk you to your car

Rae said  half-sleep

Y/n- You don't have to

R- I *Yawn* will becauseiwantto

She said falling asleep

P- I'll walk you to your car

Y/n- You don't have to either

P- Come on, it's getting late

Poki walked you to you car, before you get in it you chat for a little more.

P- I'm happy for you two

Y/n- Thanks

P- Welcome to the family

Y/n- Thanks, I appreciate it more than you could imagine

P- Just don't hurt her or I'll hurt you

Y/n- I won't, trust me

P- Have you planned anything for her birthday in a couple weeks?

Y/n- Yes,  I need to ask for a favor but I think she'll like it

P- Why are you asking for a favor?

Y/n- Because what I planned its already sold out

P- I think I know what you're referring to

Y/n- Well, so no need to tell more details

P- Imma let you go, you look tired and you have work tomorrow

Y/n- Thanks, see you later Imane

P- Bye Y/n, good night

You left to your house, after arriving you got in the shower and then jumped in the bed. This week will be more intense as you need to catch up in work, but you need to find the way to plan Rae's birthday even if you don't have time.

*One week later *

You're fulmimated for all the work you had, you couldn't see Rae in person, you only talked to her on phone, she understood the fact you needed to catch up on the work because of the Janet situation, but the fact her birthday was around the corner had you stressed about it. She told you that just to hangout with you will be enough but you need to talk to someone so you can get her the best birthday ever.
