Chapter 18 -- Hiding from Bianca

Next day at school - walking up to side gate - with Alex

Bianca POV

Bianca: *giggles* Alex! *giggles some more* we have to *full on laughs* stop this!

He was tickling me as we walked into school.

Alex: Oh why? If we're having fun why should we stop?

Bianca: So we don't hurt the people who mean the most to-

Alex drew his attention to something else. 

Bianca: You are kidding me!

Everly and Henry were walking in a way that say 'were a couple keeping it low key and non-public'.

Bianca: Hey babe.

Henry: Oh hi Bianca. 

Bianca: Hi ... Ev.

Everly: Hey Bianca!

I gave her the cold shoulder.

Bianca: So, Henry. I made a reservation at Luna Rossa, 6 o'clock.

Henry: Uh actually, Ev and I were gonna go to a movie tonight.

Bianca: Oh. Well another night.

Henry: For sure. 

I rolled my eyes and walked away. Alex caught up to me.

Alex: So I guess you're free tonight.

I pulled him behind a building and gave him a long passionate kiss.

Bianca: Hey wanna hang out tonight?

Alex: I thought you'd never ask.

// Time jump to Recess //

Everly POV

As I walked out of my Chemistry class I heard a familiar voice approach me.

Henry: Hey you. Lost you after our cold encounter with Bianca.

Everly: Haha yeah. She didn't really want me there.

I smiled softly at the ground.

Henry: So we still on for tonight?

Everly: Pick me up at 6?

Henry: Done!

He ran over to the jocks. I looked around to find a table, away from Bianca. 

Chase: Hey sis!

Everly: Aw hey Chase.

Chase: You look lost. Wanna sit with us?

I looked to see him sitting with 2 other kids.

Everly: Um, yeah sure. Why not?

I sat down next to Chase and across from a pretty blonde girl.

Lydia: Hi, I'm Lydia.

I looked at Chase. This was the girl he had been crushing on.

Everly: Nice to meet you Lydia.

Paris: Andy. Help me.

A tall blonde girl sat down at the table. It was Paris, Bianca's ex-bff.

Andy: What? What is it?

Paris: I'm hiding from Bianca. I really don't feel like any drama today.

Everly: I know how that feels.

We both chuckled.

Everly: Paris, right?

Paris: Right, and your Everly aka Henrys new mystery girl.

Everly: Nah were just friends. He'd never do that to Bianca.

Miles: Hey you.

Paris blushed as a boy, I assume was her boyfriend, pecked her on the lips and snuggled in next to her.

Lydia & Andy: ewww!

We all laughed.
