last chapter: "Hey," Layla says with excitement. "let's get out of this hell hole," she says giggling after. "wasn't that bad" I mumble under my breath but no one seems to hear.
"okay munchkins let's head out" I exclaim.
The drive is painful Andrew and Andrea are just asking my newly acquired friends question after question. finally, after what felt like a decade, we pull up into the driveway. I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding and scurry out of the car. my friends follow closely behind snickering at my actions. I hear Layla whisper a 'Damn' to max which makes his laughter louder and causes Andrew to look back at him with a face of confusion. finally we make it to the door and I open it with a grunt.
"let's go" I whisper trying to make a grab at Z and Axel's arm wanting to make a run for it.
"uh uh uh little sis your friends gotta meet the fam," Andrea says holding me back. I let out a grunt knowing I could fight him if I wanted to but giving up and letting him drag me to the kitchen with my friends giggling manackly behind us. I give out a huff at my friend's reaction, when we hit the kitchen I notice Rom, Luka, and Peiro having a hushed conversation.
"We're home!" Andrew exclaims loudly "and we've brought Roseys friends" continues Andrea this quits down their conversation and makes them look at us. Luka gives a little, 'oh' and suddenly puts on a smile.
"hi welcome so nice to meet you all who is who," Luka says with a smile. Layla is the first one who steps up and speaks.
"Hi I'm Layla," she says with a smile holding her hand out which he shakes.
"Hi I'm Z and that's Axel" Z says while pointing at Axel who in return gives a small wave.
"And I'm Max" max finishes off with a nod to my brothers. Piero and Romeo seem to just watch them taking in their every move which was sorta beginning to creep me out.
"Ok welp you've met my friends so ima dash and we're going to my room" Luka and Romeo seem disgruntled at this information but Luka gives a strained smile and says go ahead.
I make a motion for my friends to follow me and lead them up the stairs to my room.
"This is dope," says Layla "thanks" I reply with a smile. "So what do you guys want to do?" I ask not having anything planned. "IDK," says axel "want to make paper crowns" continues Z I smile at this and laugh out a, "Hell yes come on I got paper in my desk also scissors and tape.
for the next hour and a half, we all just make paper crowns we end up making over two dozen. when we finish and look at the time Max says they should probably head out.
