C1; The Train

It is your third year at Hogwarts! Your coming back for the new year.. You are in Slytherin and surprisingly are friends with a lot of people!! Including the Golden Trio!!!

-- Y/n POV--

You walk into Kings Cross, well aware your parents are nowhere to be seen... You see many other wizards and witches being sent off by their parents, receiving warm hugs. "I wish my parents had the time for me," you sigh under your breath. As you load your things onto the train, you see Hermione, your friend since the first day. "hey Hermione!!" i scream at the top of my lungs.. She looks my way but looks right past me. Oh? Did i say something?

You decide to sit in an empty compartment; your better off yourself anyway. "Oi boys get in 'ere its empty" You hear a familiar voice, you ignore it: staring out of the window and focusing on yourself. Crabbe, Goyle and of course, the man himself, Malfoy. Draco Malfoy had just coincidently entered your compartment.

"Oh Y/n? What you doing here? Why aren't you with your little snobby friends?" Malfoy asked. He was asking me too many questions.. I didn't like it. "Um i want to be by myself?" you say in a low tone. Too much to ask for?

--Draco's POV--

I've seen y/n before. I mean we're in the same house and everything. I guess we haven't talked much. She was normally nice, I'm always an arse to everyone at Hogwarts... All I do remember is that Crabbe has had a crush on her since she first walked through the Hogwarts door. Well I may as well be nice.. No need to bully someone who hasn't said anything to me?! "Want me to leave?" i asked her.. I noticed she was uncomfortable, i didn't want to make a bad impression..

--Y/n POV--

"Want me to leave?" Draco asked me calmly. wait WHATT!! Did THE draco malfoy ask me, a useless scum if he should leave? "Oh no its fine. You carry on with your friends, im focused somewhere else." I say without any tone. "what are you thinking about?" Crabbe asks me.. "nothing" i say with a fake smile on my face. The ride was taking long and after looking outside for a long time, i swayed from side to side, slowly falling asleep.

--Draco's POV--

Y/n was looking outside. She completely ignored our full conversation (which went for about 30- 35 minutes). Is that a good or bad thing?? Moments after Y/n is sleeping on my shoulder. She looked so peaceful.. I didn't want to wake her. I stared at her for several moments before getting interrupted by a rather round looking lady with a bell, pushing her trolley full of sweets.. "HELLO CHILDREN. WANT ANY CANDY?" she asked, screaming as if it was the end of the world. "SHUSH WE DONT WANT ANYTHING." I scream back at her. She leaves with her huge smile dropping. "Draco.. why didn't you want her to wake up?" whispered Crabbe, fear filling his eyes. "Would you want an innocent girl to wake up?? I thought you had a crush on her.. Don't you care?" I answered him angrily. He just walked out of the compartment.. Oh look y/n's waking up!

--Y/n POV--

I suddenly wake up, a beam of sunlight hitting my face. I instantly realise i was sleeping on Draco's SHOULDER... "Oh UM IM SO SORRY I DIDN'T REALISE I ANNOYED YOU IT WAS AN ACCIDENT; I SWEAR!!" i screamed, hoping I didn't annoy him. "Oh Good Morning Love. Good Nap?" Draco answered coolly. "Um sorry are my ears hearing right? Did you just ask me how i was!?" you answer, your legs shaking. Draco touches your thigh, the bit where you were shivering. You instantly stop shaking and calm down. Draco gives his fat friend Goyle a death glare and he excuses himself to use the "bathroom".  "Sorry i didn't mean to wake you up so unexpected." he says in a upset voice. The thing is he didn't do anything wrong in the first place. After what felt like hours, the train stopped. You were surprised that Draco had a decent conversation with you. 

As you walk out of the train with your belongings, you feel a cold hand tap your shoulder. You turn around to see Draco, "Hey, wanna hang out with me in school?" he says in a positive attitude. "Sure!" you say happily, i mean, when is it that THE draco malfoy asks you to hang out with him in school. After all, he is the Slytherin prince and his reputation did matter.
