Kaira Snape:

We all suddenly landed on a hard, asphalt road. Dazed, I looked around, trying to make sense of our new surroundings. I nearly groan in pain as my head spins. I'll never get use to this...

As my vision cleared, I glanced to my right and my eyes widened in shock. A big red bus was hurtling toward us, just a few meters away.

Reacting instinctively, we scrambled backward, pressing ourselves against a nearby fence. We held hands tightly, our breaths coming in ragged gasps. The bus roared past, missing us by inches.

It took me a few moments to catch my breath and gather my thoughts. Looking around, I realized with a jolt that we were now in the Muggle world.

We started walking in the street, pushing past the crowds on the street. Wow, I missed this.

"Where are we?" Ron asks nervously as we walk through the crowd, Hermione leading the way.

"...Avenue" Was the only thing I had heard Hermione say, busy in my own thoughts. What had just happened? Why did it have to happen now? This is proof that we cannot have one minute of happiness in our lives anymore.

"I used to come to the theater here, with Mum and Dad." She shakes her head. "Don't know why I thought of it, it just popped up in my head."

I nod in understandingly from behind her, even though she couldn't see me. Now I guess we're safe. I don't think that the Death Eaters can find us here.

"This way," she instructed, taking a sharp right turn. We followed her quickly, and before we knew it, we were in a dark alley.

I glanced around warily, my eyes straining to see in the dim light. The narrow alley was lined with tall, shadowy buildings. I try not to make a disgusted face by the smell of this place. I don't like the vibe, I'vebeen to these kind of places before. I couldn't shake the feeling that I felt like we were being watched.

"We need to change." She says as we stop in a small curve.

"How?" I asked incredulously, scanning our unfamiliar surroundings. There were no houses or recognizable landmarks in sight, just an open expanse that seemed strangely empty. And smelly.

We watch as Hermione suddenly reached into a small bag that resembled a handbag. My eyes widened in surprise as she began pulling out clothes from the seemingly bottomless bag. Each item she withdrew was more bewildering than the last, defying any logical explanation. How in the...

We watched in astonishment as Hermione laid out a selection of clothing on the ground before us.

"What in the-" Ron says as Hermione hands him a pair of jeans and sweater.

"Extendable extension charm." Hermione teaches as she continues to give clothes to Harry and I, unbothered. I pull an impressed face. That's my best friend, right there.

"You're brilliant, you are." Ron compliments as Hermione hands me and Harry our pair of clothes.

I press my lips together at Ron's words. Of course she is.

"Always the tone of surprise." Hermione teases.

We were all now seated at a cafe we found not that far away from us. We needed a place to think about things. I was seated into a chair next to Harry. And across from us, Hermione and Ron sat together.

I glanced around, noticing two people quietly chatting or reading newspapers, oblivious to our arrival. The atmosphere was calm, yet tinged with an underlying sense of mystery.
