Beam already informed his staff that Kongpob is his brother as well as the patient so, Kongpob doesn't need any permission to go inside unless he's treating any patient. Kongpob knocked on Beam's cabin door and entered to see Forth's back facing him.

"I guess I told you to come here directly then why you went to your home first?" Beam asked in mock anger. Forth's back is facing him so Kongpob is sure that the other is angry.

"Hi P'Forth, Hi to you too Doc." Seeing Forth not acknowledging his presence, Kongpob asked Beam

"Why is P'Forth in a bad mood?"

"That is secondary. Before that, I need to start your treatment-"

"Which I don't want. Just give me the strongest pain killers for my headache. No normal pills are working by the way" Forth left the cabin without saying anything and Beam turned himself to Doctor mode

"From when you're getting headaches?"

"two days. I tried normal headache pills but is not working" Kongpob replied

"Any... Any other problems?" Beam is finding it hard to know his patients' pain for the first time. Treating his brother is difficult but he has no other choice. Because if he transfers his case to someone better, he is sure Kongpob will neglect and other than him, no one can force him.

"Vomiting and blurred vision" Kongpob replied casually. Two days have been hell for him with his physical pain. He was supposed to come back as planned but when he started getting a mild headache and worsened to severe changes in his body, he soon postponed and thanked God that he's on a trip so that no one can witness him in a weak state.

"Kongpob, you need to start your treatment and for god's sake, please have medicines on time" Beam tried to convince.

"Before that, I need you to increase my data privacy which will not allow my spouse to know about my health, and sign this contract in P'Forth's presence. So, can you please call him?"

"Why don't you call him?"

"Because he's angry at me and will not pick my call" Beam huffed at Kongpob's predictions and called Forth for immediate presence. After 15 minutes, Forth came inside with red and swollen eyes indicating how much he cried. Kongpob cleared his throat and gathered all his courage before proceeding.

He placed a file in front of Beam and started talking when he saw Beam reading it.

"This is a contract which my lawyer, Tew made. This also had signatures of your dean and Head of the department, and I want you to sign it before we start the treatment"

"And I want you to strangle you. Is this some kind of joke for you?" Beam shouted making nurses come inside, worried. One look from Beam, they apologized and returned to their places while making sure, no one crosses the premises until their doctor is cooled down.

"Beam, you're in the hospital. Calm down" Forth tried to calm the other down but Beam without replying gave the file to him. Forth after reading, placed it back in place and faced Kongpob for the first time in the day, and questioned

"May I know the reason behind my presence?" Forth asked him with a blank face

"Forth, Why are you so calm? If you're thinking that your boss may fire you, then fine!! I will take care of you but please slap him for me. This stupid has gone nuts" Beam spoke

"May I know the reason behind my presence?" Forth repeated the question ignoring his husband which only means one thing, Forth is not just angry but more than that.. Usually, people scream/shout or release their frustration using punch bags but for Forth, he just goes on calm and silent mode. And Beams fears that moment because only he knows that inside a Volcano must be erupting. Beam sat back in his place and only prayed Kongpob to have a better explanation for this.
