It's been quite a few days since Jay and Hyunmin happened. Jungwon hasn't been the best of himself and neither has his friends.
"Oh my goodness Heeseung can you shut up!" Sunoo shouted at his friend.
"Me? Shut up?" Heeseung laughed crazily "You're the one who won't keep that mouth shut" Heeseung shot back.
"Guys, can you stop with this. It has been going on since the day of the math competition" Jake said trying to stop them even though it was of no use.
"Look who's still acting innocent huh?" Sunoo shot at Jake who stayed quiet.
"Sunoo can you stop it! This is all your fault that Hyunmin's back" Heeseung blamed Sunoo.
"How is it my fault?!" Sunoo asked in disbelief of being accused.
"You're the one who told him years ago to meet us here in Seoul one day!" Heeseung shouted.
"Sure, fine it was my fault blame it on me" Sunoo said with his hands in the air "But you're so called boyfriend has more to do with this than me. He and Hyunmin grew up together" Sunoo defended.
"How does that even make sense?!" Sunghoon finally spoke now angry.
That's how it has been ever since they saw Hyunmin at the competition.
The sad thing is Jungwon doesn't have one clue of what the hell they are saying. He only knows that Hyunmin is Jay's ex and was a bad influence.
"You know what Ni-ki is probably the most calm person here because he has done nothing!" Sunghoon said.
"Don't drag my boyfriend into this!" Sunoo shouted at Sunghoon "Go to Jake we all know he means more to you" Sunoo said out of anger.
"W-wait--Jake?" Heeseung looked at the said boy with confused eyes.
Jake sighed. Heeseung needed to know.
"Heeseung" Jake began calmly but was low key scared of the reaction he got "Sunghoon and I were a thing" he finally admitted.
"Tell him the whole story" Sunoo provoked Jake.
"The whole thing?" Jake looked at Sunoo to check if he was in the right mind.
"Are you deaf?!" Sunoo asked angrily.
"Sunghoon and I were together. He was a playboy and made me feel like I was special to him--"
"It wasn't my choice too" Sunghoon cut him off defending himself.
"Would you let him finish?!" Sunoo was annoyed more than he already is.
"As I was saying, that was until he cheated on me with Sunoo and lied to me over and over again saying he has changed but he never did"
Jake let out a long breath after having gotten that off his chest.
"Wait this was before I attended your high school?" Heeseung asked still puzzled about the entire thing.
"Yes it was. That's why Sunoo didn't believe Jay would change. He was still hurt from what your boyfriend did to him" Jake finished.
"Guys in conclusion this is Hyunmin's fault" Sunghoon blamed.
"Of course you could say that. Probably to hide how sick you were!" Sunoo shouted.
Everyone in the room was already stressed. Ni-ki lay on the sofa in Jungwon's apartment. Sunoo and Jake sat by the table. Heeseung and Sunghoon leaned against the wall.
Some held back tears and some restrained themselves from shouting at everyone. All forgot Jungwon was there laying in his bed listening to everything they said.
"So you all knew each other before you came to this college?" the tiniest voice came from the bed and brought everyone back to their senses as they rushed to Jungwon's side.
"Omg Jungwon baby we're so sorry you heard all that" Heeseung apologized for having Jungwon listened to their messed up lives.
"So were you guys planning on keeping this from me?" Jungwon asked forcing himself not to cry.
"Y-yes but we didn't want you to know how messed up our lives were" Sunghoon spoke feeling guilty.
"I would still love you guys no matter what. Your past is your past" Jungwon said fiddling with his sweatshirt.
"We know Jungwon but you see our past is going to be transferring to our school tomorrow and that's going to cause a lot of chaos" Heeseung said worriedly.
"You guys said all what Hyunmin did to you but I never heard Jay's name mentioned. Wasn't he there?" Jungwon asked recalling Jay and Hyunmin were ex's.
"Yes baby, Jay was there" Heeseung explained "Jay and Hyunmin were on and off for years in high school. Hyunmin would always cheat on him and make up some lame excuse days after that he's sorry just to mess with Jay's head and Jay was head over heels for him and forgave him easily" Heeseung paused to catch his breath.
"However, we all decided to join this college since Hyunmin signed up for one out of Seoul. It was hard for Jay at first but at a point Jay couldn't take it anymore that he started playing with others feelings. He claimed that it made him feel better and relieved him of the heartbreak" Heeseung concluded.
The room was silent. No one dared to speak since they didn't want to say something out of proportion that may upset the only person that brought light into their messed up lives.
Jungwon was truly an angel sent from above.
"Poor Jay hyung" Jungwon spoke feeling terrible for Jay.
"Poor him? Jungwon he choose to be a playboy there's nothing to feel sorry for about that!" Sunoo said not understanding him.
"Guys, Jay has been through a lot to because of Hyunmin" Ni-ki said "After all we were friends back then"
"See Ni-ki agrees with me and Jay may have hurt me but he's really just a shy goofy dork" Jungwon giggled.
"Besides everyone has a bad side to them. I may have been trying to play Jay's games but who knows may be it wasn't just a game after all" Jungwon said trying to find an excuse to stop his heartache of seeing Jay and Hyunmin kissing.
"Jungwon, you're too good for this cruel life we live in" Heeseung said hugging his friend and everyone followed.
"Just remember, Hyunmin can't influence Jay again or it's all going down hill for all of us, Wonie" Heeseung said hugging Jungwon really tight.
"I won't let that happen hyung, I promise"
