Chapter 5

Delsin's Pov...

I had gotten to a core relay. I busted it open, and with that, I gained a new power. I could jump into water and appear in an entirely different area, breath underwater, and swim faster.

I moved onto the next core relay. On the way there, I jumped into the air and a DUP shot me in the ankle, and I crashed into the ground. I hit a dumpster, and it bent as well. They then approached me with their guns. I quickly smoke dashed through their bullets, and then Neon dashed to a safe distance, before sniping them, and subduing them.

I continued on my way to the next core relay, and broke it open, like a chocolate egg on easter. Once it broke open, I got the ability to blast water at people in a beam like a hose would, while also being able to use it to drag people to me, so I can whip them with my chain, or drag myself to them.

I got a change to test this out moments later, when a truck full of DUP showed up. I use it to grab one by one and toss them far out into the sea. One of them hit a piece of wood that was sticking out from the water.

Felt bad for them, but they're trying to capture me and lock me up for the rest of my life so I didn't care too much for them, that and they all seem the same.

Only thing that tells me there not robots is the fact that their able to use concrete powers. Other than that, they're basically 1 minded. They ignored everything but trying to capture conduits, even if people were dealing drugs and shooting guns right in front of them.

Speaking of which, on my way to the next core relay, I passed by some drug dealers. I took them out with relative ease. I then made it to the next core relay. I busted it open, and like before I got more powers.

This time, I got the ability to turn my body to water, and just sort of let attacks fly through me. I was again forced to test this when a DUP vehicle drove towards me. It was one with a machine gun on top.

I was able to stay unharmed until the thing was forced to reload. I then tossed a cinder missile at it. I dashed into a vent behind me and spent the rest of the day collecting shards from drones, destroying cameras, and putting up street art.

I took out basically everything on the northern part of seattle. I knew where everything would be, so it was a relatively simple task. I then went to the Space Needle.

I then climbed up the thing, or ran up it mostly with Neon. I then made it to the top, and fought off the goons there. It wasn't all that action-y. I just dove up, and took them out, mainly using neon on their legs to put them in a cocoon of light, or smoke to immediately knock them out.

The dude with concrete surrounding him was a different story however. I rushed up to him with smoke, then drained the barrier around him with concrete, then tossed him to the ground, and turned into a giant concrete ball and had my chain link me to the fence surrounding the top of it, and had my smoke powers surround the ball as we smashed into the wall.

He was definitely out cold. Very hurt sure, but still alive. I then got back up to the top. I break the core relay up here, and gain an water super move. It would make a massive whirlpool, that could destroy a city block if one were on water.

I then use the orbital drop to break the cable on the space needle, and did my signature mark on the space needle's flag.

I then jumped down. I needed to get things done, faster than I did before, so I went somewhere I knew I'd find Fetch.
