In this story Izuku will be Sabo but without the Mera Mera No Mi I will make him a master of Haki compared to his two adoptive siblings.

The navy ship has finally landed at the shores of the HQ of the biggest Base Izuku had ever laid his eyes on that was the main HQ of the marines a place were some of the higher ups like Admiral and even Vice Admiral stay to do there work there, After they secured the ship a staircase was placed to help the soldiers get out of the ship, Izuku was being lifted by Dragon since the moment he set foot on the land he almost got sea sick well that's what happen when you stay at a ship for to long.
Izuku: I feel sick!
Dragon: That is a natural reaction considering you have been in the sea for a week or more so your body wasn't used to the new change of environment give it time and you will get used to it.
Izuku: Okay Uncle!
The soldier then stood in line as Dragon who was lifting Izuku and Ivankov was seen walking in the middle as they gave the standard marine salute, Izuku was in awe while Ivankov and Dragon were amused as they expected that type of reaction because who are they kidding he is around 10 years old so something like that will definitely fascinate him.
Soldier: Supreme Commander Dragon, Vice Admiral Garp is awaiting you in his office!
Dragon: I will be seeing him right as of now.
The soldier retreated as he stood along with the other solider with his salute being there.

Izuku: So Garp-san is your father?
Dragon: Yes he is but remember what Ivankov told you don't anger him he is quite short tempered and hit people head a lot although he can be a goofball something my son inherited from him.
Izuku shivered slightly as he imagined seeing a dark silhouette of a scary man who raised his fist before he hit him in the top of his head he unconscious rubbed his head as Dragon who was watching started laughing.
Dragon (thought): You have made one hell of a reputation old man even the kid who never met you is fearful of you.
Dragon walked inside the headquarter which was quite the busy place as some people were seen in calls, some were running with papers and the janitors who was cleaning every now and then, Izuku wondered how they had that much energy to keep doing this the whole day he would never understand adults, Dragon continued walking while still carrying Izuku making sure to walk slowly to let Izuku get a grasp of his surrounding he thought it would be useful to give him a sort of Mini Tour he then arrived at an elevator as he brought out his finger to the finger print scanner which lit green showing a picture of Dragon himself resulting in the elevator to open which he walked inside and repeated the same process as before with the elevator started to move.
