We've landed back in Melbourne after a grueling 7-hour flight, I'm exhausted, to say the least.

Aiysha was so avoidant throughout, she barely made eye contact. I also heard the other two snickering and bickering behind my back. You'd think they'd get tired of hating me.

I can't believe this is my current employment situation.

The second I pass through the boarding bridge, I walk as quickly as my legs allow hoping to avoid any more awkward exchanges. I'm unsuccessful as I have to stop and lock arms with two of the crew.

My efforts prove to be successful in being left alone, I'm now lugging my small suitcase behind me as I approach the staff car park exit. Before I step through the doors I look up to notice two faces behind me in the glass.

Startled I turn around and recognize them as Laura and Oliver. At least I think those are their names-

"Where are you off to in such a rush?" Laura questions with a lift to her brow.

I let out an uncomfortable laugh, "Oh I'm just really tired after that shift, keen to get home"

"Is Dom expecting you?" Oliver quips as he stands beside Laura

"What?" I reply

Why would he bring up Dom? I know he's their boss, but it's still weird that they just randomly mentioned him. I stare back with a confused expression.

"Do you even know what you're doing Taylor?" Oliver says.

"Did you actually have, any kind of training to do this?"  Laura adds to his interrogation.

I'm left speechless.

Laura and Oliver have now moved around me to block the exit, they are mere inches from my face, taunting me. Pushing me and watching me struggle. My brain is racing, reminding me that I don't have to put up with this.  I knew that they didn't like the fact that I got this job through dom, but I never would have imagined they'd have the audacity to question me like this.

I try to push past them, but they stand firm in front of me. Laura steps back with a smug grin across her face "You're an entitled bitch." She spits out.

I try to ignore her, I don't have the time nor energy to defend myself against her ridiculous claims. I was just trying my best to get where I needed to be, this is all I had to work with. I can't be faulted for wanting to take a good opportunity, why do they find it so difficult to understand that?

I'm feeling hot as I push past Laura, I can feel the heat reaching into my face, almost burning. My eyes stinging.

The automatic doors open and once again I am pushing myself through the parking lot, frantically making my way over to my car. The tears have been going for the last few minutes.
