Your POV

I can see why Chongyun and Xingqiu get along. They are both very calm and reasonable.

"Xingqiu, this is Y/n," Chongyun states motioning at me and then to him. "Y/n, this is Xingqiu."

"It is a contentment to have your acquaintance Y/n"

"The feeling is quite mutual" I smile.

Chongyun immediately makes the conversation serious. "I just met Y/n today but noticed something rather... distinct about her."

I begin to notice that they are both staring at me and I shift my feet uncomfortably.

"Would you please tell us where you are from?" asks Xingqiu. I'm quiet. How can I explain that I'm not from this world? What am I supposed to say?

Gee sure thing! This lady in white appeared to me in a dream and told me that she was granting some stupid wish I made for my own amusement and then I suddenly woke up on a "Snezhnyan" boat in a world that I wasn't even aware of. Totally not weird. Have any other questions?

"If you don't want to answer that question, then at the very least, do tell if you are from this world?" he questions.

"I'm not from this world..." I mutter just loud enough for them to hear.

Chongyun has the same laconic look as he nods. "I figured. If it is not too much to ask, could you explain to us how you might have come to be here?"

I recite my story without any interruptions. I tell them everything, the wish, the dream, and the Archon in white.

"Xingqiu," the frost-haired male begins, "have you ever read or heard about Sakkaku?"

"I have. Although, on the contrary, it is profoundly rare to hear of her. She has always been more of a minor Goddess."

"Do you know what she might have been talking about when she mentioned her Gnosis?"

"A Gnosis is an item that channels energy from Celestia. More or less, it grants every God and Goddess an enhancement of their power. The Seven Archons who rule over Teyvat have the strongest Gnosis'. The more secondary Archons have more vulnerable and weaker Gnosis'."

"What do you mean 'more vulnerable'?" I inquire.

"The Seven can carry around their Gnosis in their pocket or bag and still channel their elemental energy. Others have to have their Gnosis in their Initium. I might as well explain to spare you the questioning. An Initium is like the holding place for a secondary Archon's Gnosis. If the Gnosis is removed, the flow of energy from Celestia is weakened."

"This means, it is most probable that Sakkaku is sending you out to return her Gnosis to its Initium." Chongyun cuts in and quickly states. "That is if you have her Gnosis first."

I look at them both and hurriedly run my hands through all the pockets I can find on my clothing. I check my legs, torso, and then my neck. 

My hope is faltering until I feel a thin chain along my collarbone. I gently pull it out from under my shirt and notice the charm dangling at the bottom. It is an eight-pointed star, glistening with white and blue. 

"That's definitely it." Declares Xingqiu.  "I was expecting it to be a bit larger but I guess only the Seven have larger Gnosis'."

"This is perfect then," I say, feeling much more excited suddenly. "I have the Gnosis, now all I have to do is find her Initium, and then maybe she'll send me back to my world!" I smile joyfully.

"About that..." Xingqiu places his hand on his chin and looks rather deep in thought. "I was considering what place she was could be speaking of and I've drawn only one conclusion."

"What is it?" I ask in a small voice.

"The Chasm."
