Visions

“Oh, not you dear. You wait here.” He said and hen closed the door at my face.

I looked back at the room and headed to the armchair. There was nothing more I could do but wait. I just hope this Raziel can reverse the effects of the bite. Here it was again. The feeling of protection, like I had known Alb my whole life.

The back of my mind was bumping and bumping with a headache. I shook my head trying to clear my thoughts. I met Alb just a few days ago, but it seems like ages. I could have left him alone in that forest after he got bitten, but I didn’t. I shook my head again. I could very well just leave now and try to find something that will help me discover who I am and why this is happening. But I felt comfortable around him, and I think that I’m not exactly the kind that gets along well with everyone. There was something about him. Something weird.

I’m sure that I hadn’t been sitting there for more than half an hour but my headache was killing me and the only thing I could think of was getting out of there.

I walked to the door and went to the garden near the little lake. Everything was spinning and I sat on the ground.

“FIND THE ANGEL” the whispers were so close to me that I screamed. “FIND THE ANGEL”

But this… this is…

“FIND THE ANGEL!”

This is my voice!

For a second I saw a part of a face, whispering urgently, calling, but then it all came back to normal.

“FIND THE ANGEL FIND THE ANGEL FIND THE ANGEL” the never ending whispers continued in my head.

Then I saw another part of a face: a mouth. Then an eye. Always whispering, always calling. It was me.

“You have to find the angel” I said “find him and make him stop. Stop him before it’s too late.”

When the vision stopped everything was clear again. The birds were singing and the sun was shining, like none of this never happened. I got up of the floor and got back into the house almost running.

This had to stop. I had to find something, anything, that would make it stop. I was going crazy. I ran up to the first bookshelf I could reach and took a big book, throwing it on the table.

I started reading furiously trying to find something that would help me. UGH nothing! I tried another one. And another one. And other one after that. All those books seemed to be about weird plants I had never heard of before, nothing about visions or memory block.

The stairs. The stairs on the corner of the room must lead somewhere else, somewhere with more books. I ran to them and went up quickly. I was in another room also full of books, but this one was different. There were no windows and it was much smaller than the other one. I saw a bed at the right corner. I was in his bedroom.

I shook my head and went straight up to the books. These ones had different titles: "How to enchant mermaids” “love potions: a guide” “hunting werewolves”

I was breathing heavily. I passed through the bookshelves looking carefully for something interesting. I found nothing until I got to the last bookshelf and that’s when I saw it. The book was named “Memory spells and enchantments (most commonly used enchantments to confuse, persuade and trick someone’s mind)”

I quickly took the book out of the shelf and put in my bag. Whatever answers I needed, they were in this book and I needed time to read it. I don’t know for how much longer Alb and Raziel are going to be in that room for…

“May I help you?” I heard a very polite, although cold voice behind me and I freeze. Raziel.

So this year I'll be really busy with all the school  and stuff

I'm trying to organize my free time (which isn't a lot btw)  to write one chapter every week! if this works I will post one new chapter every friday night :)
