Chapter 6

"sooooo, who was that" my mom called as I sat my headphones down on the desk.

"some people I stream with, Karl was planning on coming here next weekend and now they all want to come" i said laying down next to her on my bed.

"ouuu who's Karl?" she questioned laying on her side towards me as I done the same

"this guy I play with, he has helped me get comfortable with the smp and we have gotten close over the last couple weeks" i said shrugging my shoulders

"ou so you like him?" she questioned as my cheeks started to heat up

"nooooo, hes a good friend" i said laughing

"why are you blushing?" she teased me as I put my face in my pillow and laughed

"I hate you sometimes" I replied to her still covering my face with the pillow

"you love me give up" she replied giving me a side hug.

My phone started ringing as the name "Karl <3" came up, mom started laughing saying I did like him which I quickly shushed her and answered the face time.

"hello Mr. Karl" I said as he laughed

"Hello Ms.Mad" he replied as I quickly turned my phone towards mom and her face came into view.

"meet my mama" I said laughing as she quickly turned the phone away saying she looks weird

"you don't look weird ma'am" Karls voice came through the speakers and she laughed

"Ma'am makes me seem old" she laughed but thanked Karl who quickly said sorry

Me and Karl talked a little bit while mom ran down and started making supper.

"join discord" Karl announced before ending the facetime

I walked to my monitors and clicked on discord quickly opening it and joining the call that Karl invited me to.

"MAD" Quackity's voice came through again

"Hello boys" I said and laughed

"Okay, you have 2 spare bedrooms, and your room. right" sapnap said

"my room is off limits man" i replied and laughed

"okay hear me out, there's Quackity, Me, Karl, Dream and George that wants to come" he said as I hummed at him

"me and Quackity will share one room, Dream and George will share the other and Karl can stay in your room" he finished

"I said my room is off limits" I replied as I laughed hiding the blush that was slowly arising to my cheeks

Mom suddenly came in the room telling me supper was ready

"Let me talk to motherNad" I heard Karl say as I groaned, taking my headphones off and telling mom to take them and put them on.

She took them sitting in the computer chair, i heard a couple mmhms, and yes, all a sudden she said bye and gave me the headphones

"You like this boy I know you do, he is staying on the floor in here" she said as I slapped her arm jokingly.

"I hate you so much right now" I said walking towards my computer

"Thank me later" she winked and walked out the door

I put my headphones back on and heard the boys cheering, I told them I had to go for supper and quickly ended the discord call, I grabbed my phone and walked downstairs to where I smelt mac and cheese.

A ding came through my phone and I seen Karl's name pop up, quickly tapping it and putting my face into view to unlock my phone.

Karl <3

Hey Mad, If you ain't comfortable with me in the room with you I can always stay on the couch! I don't mind it at all, Its your house I don't want to make you uncomfortable :)

I quickly replied to him ans shut my phone off

I sat down at the table with mom, Ethan and Blair, they all looked at me and I quickly grabbed a plate and got a portion of supper and sitting down. Small talk was done through the supper but mostly it was quiet.

"Thanks mom" I said to her smiling, the sides of her mouth turned up into a smile

"anytime sweety, anyways Blair and Me will be going for a little trip so you guys got the house to yourself" she said taking

"I might have them over for a week instead, 3 days to meet 5 boys is not enough" I said laughing finishing my food on the plate.

"Of course honey, we can change it to a week then, Blair needs some best friends mom time anyways" she replied as her and Blair laughed, agreeing with her statement.

We finish up supper and put the dishes in the dishwasher before turning it on. The three of us walk to the living room where we turned on a movie, specifically 'Teen Beach Movie'.

*after the movie*

I quickly wiped my eyes and stretched, looking over at Blair and mom who is passed out. I grabbed the blanket on the back of the couch and cover them up, seeming they are both heavy sleepers they won't be up yet.

I walked up to my room where I finally get on my phone and see Karl has messaged me. I quickly replied and clicked on the FaceTime logo, clicking on Karl's name. He quickly answered with a smile on his face.

"Hey Mad, how are you?' He said holding his phone to keep his face in view as he lid down shirtless in his bed.

"I'm good Karl, I got a question" I told him as he looked through the camera with a very confused face and told me to continue.

"Since all the boys are coming on Friday, and I'm deciding to ask them to stay a week, would you like to come on Thursday?' I mentioned now ready for bed getting in and covering up

"What the honk, yes" he said suddenly out of bed jumping around, I laughed and waited for him to calm down.

"That was very cute" I said to him as my cheeks started flaring up with redness, he laughed and got back in bed.

We talked for a couple minutes as I felt my eyes start to close and I heard a "goodnight beautiful" before I let myself drift off to sleep.
