Lilliana stood in the center of a white, infinite room. She walked around until she saw the silhouette of someone standing in the distance. They began to walk up to her and she realized it was Loki. "Loki?" she yelled
"Lily?" Lilliana sprinted towards him and jumped into his arms. "Shhh, I've got you love. It's alright."
Loki sat her down and held her hands. She looked up and him and smiled when she saw a dark figure standing behind him. Before she could warn him of anything, the figure slipped his hand over Loki's mouth and he collapsed to the ground, unconscious.
When Lilliana knelt beside him she was teleported now to a black room. She was all alone and trapped inside of a glass box just large enough for her to stand in. Sobbing, she began to hit the glass to try and break it until her knuckles bled. She leaned against the back of the box and wept until she heard Loki scream her name. Lilliana opened her eyes and saw him standing in front of the glass. "What's wrong, Lily?" he asked
"You're-" she started "you're dead. He got you, they got you."
"Who?" Loki asked
Lilliana looked over his shoulder and saw the shadow. "No, no, not again." she whispered
"What are you talking about?"
"Go!" she yelled
But she was too late. The shadow slipped his hand over Loki's face and he fell to the ground. She looked through her tears to see blood coming from his mouth and his lifeless eyes staring back at her. She began to hit the glass again and when it shattered she found herself standing in a cornfield. Lilliana looked around and saw Loki several feet away from her.
She began to walk towards him but he pointed over her shoulder to the shadow. When she turned around the shadow flipping a knife in its hands and it looked at her. By now she had realized this was all a dream. So when the shadow threw the knife she stepped in front of it, knowing she'd be alright and wouldn't have to see Loki die again. When she looked down to see the knife in her chest, it wasn't there.
Lilliana turned to look back at Loki and saw it plunged into him instead. He looked at her with the same fear in his eyes she saw when she had been stabbed and fell face-first into the dirt. Lilliana began to scream but when the first bit of air left her lungs she was back on the ship with Tony holding her forearm. "Are you okay, kid?" he asked
"I'm fine." she said as she tried to catch her breath
"Nightmare?" he asked. Lilliana just nodded "I get those too, not fun. You're here now though, get some rest."
Lilliana, Tony, and Nebula had been stranded for almost three weeks now. Tony's stab wound had become infected but Lilliana and Nebula felt they did as good of a job as they could keeping him as stable as they could. Despite their efforts, Tony's condition deteriorated more every day. They were able to buy themselves about 48 hours of flight time. Once they got in the air Nebula sent out distress signals but they were in the middle of nowhere.
Lilliana was sitting in the back of the ship the night before their oxygen would be gone. "He's asleep." Nebula told her as she walked in
"I don't think I can sleep." Lilliana said
"You may never get the chance again." Nebula responded
"I know," Lilliana said "but I don't want one of the last things I see to be Loki dying."
Instead of responding, Nebula looked over Lilliana's shoulder to see a bright light coming from the main windshield. "What is that?" she asked as they both walked to the front of the ship
There was a woman surrounded by golden energy staring at them through the window. "Help us" Lilliana mouthed
The woman flew beneath the ship and it began to move. "What's happening?" Tony asked
"I think-" Lilliana said "I think she's taking us home."
