Chapter 9:
Spencer's P.O.V:
She knows, there's no reason not to tell her. She knows, but she's denying it.
"Toby, we might as well tell her."
"As long as you're okay with it,then I'm okay with that." tell returned to the girls before continuing. Talia and Abby go play upstairs and Payton me and your mom in the living room."
"Okay, daddy." Talia and Abigail both said before running up the stairs into their rooms.
Peyton, Toby, and I went into the living room. Peyton sat my lap, while Toby set right next to me.
"Was that guy telling the truth? Is that why you have to talk to me?" Peyton looked up at me.
"Yes he was telling the truth, but not all of what he said was true. He's your father, but he's not your dad."
"What do you mean mommy? Isn't a father and a daddy the same thing?" In most cases they are, but not this thing.
"Toby, your dad, is the man that helped me raise you. The man that took you, your father, helped me bring you into this world."
"Peyton, I love you with all my heart. I don't want you to think any less of me."
Peyton's P.O.V:
"So, you've been lying me to my whole life."
"Peyton, the man that took you was a very bad man that I never wanted you to know about. He did some bad things to me and your older sister. He went to jail for those things and you were so young." A tear ran down my check.
"Mommy, I love you and daddy. I'm sorry for making you cry."
